I keep contacting Dominos about this location for the poor service and am usually ignored. I have several stories because my kids keep choosing Domino's. But this is probably why Domino's isn't doing anything about the bad reviews on here or elsewhere. The experience is hit or miss and people keep ordering. So, why would they do better? They've gotten like the other one that closed down not too far from here. I'd rather drive to the Rt 1 location for a pickup order. Better food and service.

I ordered pizza and habanero mango chicken wing, the wings are perfect but the pizza is totally burnt and called the store, the lady who responded was disrespectful and not listening to me I felt so bad. I was ordering it for our lunch with colleagues but disappointed, even told her not same as I ordered it every time but she said it’s my first order with dominos even I asked her to check my dominos profile, she keeps saying that I ordered once it’s absolutely ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Don’t know what was worse the lack in customer service or the lazy delivery driver that didn’t deliver my food . 2 hours later ! Still no food ! Gm was horrible! The lack of customer service was disappointing. Michael I honestly hope you start doing something like because clearly you need another job !

I think this place needs to work on improving their 5 starts on google because I read the reviews and I was not going to order but I still ordered, used the online ordering and Isabella created my pizza and cooked to perfection! Thank you, I order not me and my husband and he agreed that it was hot and amazing 🥰❤️🔥💕 we are a fitness couple so we were fat for night

I WISH I COULD I COULD CHOOSE 0 STARS!!! My recent experience with Domino’s was absolutely infuriating. The app indicated that my order was ready, but when I arrived, I was told I couldn't get my pizza because the employees were slacking off and making excuses. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and it felt like they couldn't care less about fulfilling orders near closing time. After being a loyal customer for so long, this level of poor service and disregard has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Domino’s has definitely lost a customer. ever since some guy named Dez started working there the service has really gone down, this is the third time it's happened I'm done. He being lazy not wanting to make my pizza. He needs to get checked my management asap. This used to be the spot before Dez came along. Thanks to him me and my family will starve tonight, that's not what I need after my 12 hour shift. Do better dominoes

Feel free to go 3 Mi in any other direction to a different store. I put my order in and it said 15 to 25 minutes. I show up a half an hour later because of traffic and the guy hasn't even started making the pizza yet. The tracker says that it was being made for the last 20 minutes. Not a single one is in the oven. You go inside and it's some guy trying to be cool to some cute girl cutting the pizzas. So now my five kids are sitting outside in a van in the middle of summer waiting for their food...... it's not even busy I can see the screen I can tell what orders need to be made and there's barely any pizza sitting here already made. This Guy's in here just slacking off

I ordered from the Dominoes on dale blvd at 11:30pm and never got my order. I called twice and the driver said it was on the way. It never arrived.
