I never give bad review. The manager Shawn I spoke to was extremely rude! Told me to feel free and call corporate because it will just come back to him to deal with. I took pictures of our food. Ordered 3 extra cheese pizzas that had numerous bare spots with no cheese. Ordered Xtra bacon and Xtra onion and barely looks like regular toppings. On top of that the pizzas were cold. I would have gotten over the pizza being messed up had he just showed a bit of care or concern that they dropped the ball. I have never spoken to a manager so rude. We just moved to this area. We order the kids pizza once a week and I have never had such a horrible delivery.

This Domino’s at Mapledale Plaza is a masterclass in how NOT to care about your customers or the food you serve.
I ordered a thin crust chicken & spinach pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce—sounds delicious, right? What I got was chicken and literally three spinach leaves. THREE. Like someone sneezed near a bag of spinach and that’s all that made it on the pizza. Pathetic.
I asked the young lady at the counter if that’s the normal amount of spinach and she hit me with the always-helpful: “I don’t know, I didn’t make it.” Not, “Let me check for you.” Not, “Sorry about that.” Just vibes and blank stares. 🙃
Then I go to pull my pizza from the self-serve warmer, and guess what? It’s ice cold—because the warmer isn’t even turned on. I mention that too, and sis just looked at me like I was interrupting her day. No response. Not even a fake apology.
So I told her I’ll be going back to the Dale Boulevard location—where they at least pretend to care—and THAT'S when one of the employees had the nerve to shake his head at ME. Like I’m the problem for wanting hot food and what I paid for.
This is not the first time. This is the THIRD or FOURTH time they’ve messed up my order. One time I had to get the whole thing remade.
Bottom line: The customer service is trash. The food quality is lazy. And the only thing consistent at this location… is disappointment.
Take your appetite and your money elsewhere. Trust me. You’ll thank me later.

So I ordered 1 LARGE PIZZA & that was it. That was at 7:44pm. It is now 9:56pm & I STILL haven’t received my pizza. You’re gonna tell me that it takes 3 hours to prep, cook, & deliver just ONE pizza?! Terrible, just terrible.

There’s no way to contact that store!!! Which is so weird. Because I placed an order for a delivery and there is no updated information and I cannot track it even online. I tried to call the store, but it just keep offering me different kind of pizzas and no one picked up. Really so annoying.

I recently just ordered two pizzas online through the app. When I get my delivery I noticed instead of sausage on one of my pizzas it’s actually mushrooms. I’m severly allergic to mushrooms, on top of that I tipped the delivery driver cash. My order consisted of only 2 pizzas one of them being one topping, I’m not sure how you mess up a simple order. I will not be coming here anymore as the employees fail to pay attention to orders.

First I just want to say this is the only dominos we trust now after the Dale location messed up big time. My daughter loves requesting cute little drawings and they always deliver, it's become a tradition to have a pizza party every other weekend. Our food always comes faster than expected and we've never had issues with an order being wrong or burnt.
Please do NOT order from this store unless you want to be disrespected and hung up on by Mariela as she shouted “i dont care” and hung up on you as you are explaining a problem with your order. Not only was there a hair in my pizza but then she also sent out a wrong replacement pizza. Completely disappointed that these are the people such a great pizza brand is choosing to hire and keep in their stores. Very very disappointing! Terrible store, makes sense now. I should have read the other reviews first!

When I went to Domino's online to order two pizzas, this is the first thing that popped up. It says 50% off all pizzas at menu price online. Select this online only offer. So I put my order in, online, the bill comes out $38. When I go to pick it up. I asked the cashier if I got the half price. She said no because you didn't put in the discount code? Do you see anything in their statement that says you need a discount code? It just says online orders only. And it does not mention a discount code. And of course when you order online, it does not give you a price on the pizzas until you check out. Very lame exclamation. What a rip off... this week only

Last time ordered about and year ago and I quit because they made food without washing hand. I came back year later and got same experience again. I quit this dominos for ever.
