I'm not one to share my experiences, my cravings took me to this place for a chicken with slices and it was really bad...the chicken looked like it was from many days ago and the salads were worse. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant has messed up my order 2-3 times that I have ordered. I wanted to give them a chance and see if their attention to detail and service had improved but unfortunately it has not, I will NOT be ordering from them again.

Overall, I like this restaurant. The beef soup is great (great when you are sick as well) and their pupusas are great as well. I haven't tried most of their menu but I believe they might be good as well.

Employees are rude and they over charged me for the pupusas I ordered. They look angry as soon as you come in to pick up your order. First time and last time I go to Dona Tere. It puts a sour taste when the customer service representative act rude. Smile and be nice it will take you a long way.

I called at 8:43 to place and order and the lady who answered phone didnt even let me talk. She cut me off saying: we are closed.
It’s a good hole in the wall, the food is okay for the price. Hoewever, the service is incredibly slow. The “servers” hide behind their stations and just wait until someone has to flag them down to get their attention. They were not attentive what so ever. On top of that they want to charge customers a 4% credit card fee, ummmm yea no.

Ordered Grubhub from here several times, the Papusas are delish! I’m finally getting around to writing a review b/c I MISTAKENLY complained about a Papusa missing when it was there…anyways, the food is good. I recommend giving it a try.

Im not from the area but it was clean and friendly. The food was great it did take a little while but they were busy. I enjoyed my pupusas and plátanos very much. The bathrooms were clean as well. Overall very nice ❤️

The food quality was really bad and small for their high price. The yucca was so dry and hard and the chicharrón taste like old oil was used. They should cook with passion and serve something they will eat themselves, I been there before and recommend it this place but this change my mind.

La comida es or era rica no se, pero el servicio ahora es basura si ya no Hera antes. Nunca más voy a ordenar o ir a comer de este lugar. Malcriados solo cuelgan el teléfono y no regresan la llamada.
