Duck Donuts

bad service, very poor staff…..😡

During my visit on Sunday, 10/05/2025, I noticed that the cashier or counter staff seemed a bit bothered or lacked enthusiasm about assisting us. While the donuts tasted okay, they felt somewhat repetitive—just the same donut with different toppings—and the prices seemed high for donuts that didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, I was hoping for a more welcoming experience and better value.

As others have mentioned, the staff at this place is very inexperienced and needs remedial training on simple tasks like making coffee. Avoid this place if you value quality.

The kids that work at this location need training. 0 customer service skills. Had an online order and I came 30 mins after the pick up time because I know this store is slow - no one was in the store and my order wasn’t made yet. A customer walked out while I was waiting because she stood at the register for a solid 3-5 mins and no one greeted her. 3 kids were working and they all huddled around the dozen donuts I ordered, making them together, instead of assisting this lady. They also kept my receipt.

Dirty, worn-out and exceptionally poorly run. The service is glacially slow, and the staff is rude, does not care at all, and very obviously does not want you in the store. Do not go to this location.

Coffee average - drip. Not much to put in it. Donut was great. Staff average. Atmosphere- it's a donut shop with wobbly tables

I went in to get coffee while I waited for my Apple Store appointment. I was the only customer. When I placed my order, which would have included donuts as well, the employee advised that he didn’t know how to use the espresso machine.

Did not spend money here.
