It's a very busy Dunkin-Baskin. I was there to pick up an ice cream cake. Sure, the drive-thru is busy with people buying donuts, breakfast sandwiches & coffee, but give the Baskin-Robbins' ice cream cakes a try, and you can't go wrong. Excellent cakes, and we always go to this specific Dunkin-Baskin for all our celebration cakes. This particular cake was a birthday cake with chocolate cake on the bottom and mint chocolate chip ice cream as the top second layer. They do a great job.

Is my second time my order got delay 20 minutes when I Ask my order they just smile. I’m sorry I forget to make it. What do you? What do you mean? I’m not buying a free coffee This is Torres time wasting so frustrating if you’re waiting for 20 minutes at the end, you’re not getting coffee useless employees I don’t recommend people waste their time to buy a coffee here

I just don't like the attitudes at night. They always sound so irritated to be taking the order.
Haven't been to DD since they closed the Lorton shop. Stopped at woodbridge store to get a chocolate malt, was informed they didn't have malts any longer. I order a chocolate shake, a couple donuts and got a quart of ice cream. I paid 4 all and waited 4 my shake. The kids kept looking at me like I crazy. I asked over and over if someone was making my shake, if not, than give me a refund. None of them had a clue and acted like i was invisible. Eventually the kid working the drive up window came over and asked me what i was waiting on and made my shake. Unfortunately, after all the waiting the shake was more like a cup of chocolate mike, very runny. To top it off, when I got home and at my Bavarian cream filled donut there wasn't any filling. So 4 me 1 star is 2 many 4 this place. I'll never go back. It's more like a playground than a place of business.

I’m pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning a few days ago. I’ve been nauseated the past 2 days and I’ve been going to this location at least 1 or 2 times a day for the past week. Today I threw up what looks like the same coffee I got from this location. TMI, but be careful.
