I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats from this location (Store #304706) on 8/22/25 and was very disappointed. My order was missing items (a donut and a bacon, egg & cheese wake-up wrap), and the drink I received was completely wrong.
When I reached out to Uber Eats, I was told to contact the store directly. Unfortunately, my experience with the store was even worse. The first call just rang with no answer. On my second attempt, I briefly spoke to someone who said he was the overnight manager, but he admitted he had just gotten in and wasn’t sure what was going on. The line went silent and then disconnected. Every attempt to call afterward went unanswered.
Mistakes happen, but what really frustrates me is the complete lack of communication and accountability. If an item is unavailable, customers should be notified instead of just receiving the wrong items. And if there’s a problem, the store should answer the phone and try to help.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both accuracy and customer service moving forward.

as for a former worker for dunkin in a separate location this place has horrible service and lazy attitude workers. My partner ordered ahead for dd and pick up the order. The worker didn’t even acknowledge him that they had no munckins, at that he was RUDE and “tired”. He asked if yall can get a refund or replacement, workers excuse was its late. HELLO? its a 24/7 dunkin? At that the bread wasn’t even toasted and just pure STALE. never again.

It's a very busy Dunkin-Baskin. I was there to pick up an ice cream cake. Sure, the drive-thru is busy with people buying donuts, breakfast sandwiches & coffee, but give the Baskin-Robbins' ice cream cakes a try, and you can't go wrong. Excellent cakes, and we always go to this specific Dunkin-Baskin for all our celebration cakes. This particular cake was a birthday cake with chocolate cake on the bottom and mint chocolate chip ice cream as the top second layer. They do a great job.
