My girlfriend and I are regulars at Dunkin’, and it’s become one of our favorite little rituals. I’m all about the Maple Donut paired with a Caramel Craze Latte — it’s the perfect combo of sweet, cozy, and energizing. My girlfriend goes for the blueberry donut and her custom matcha latte with blueberry pumps, Splenda, and unsweetened vanilla. Let me tell you, she craves that matcha and blueberry donut almost daily.

Everything is consistently fresh, the drinks are made right, and the staff always keeps things moving. If you’re a fan of sweet, fruity, or matcha-forward flavors, this Dunkin’ absolutely delivers.

What a dissatisfying experience. I visited today and there were 8 employees and no one greet the clients. I waited couple minutes and no one said do you need help? Or can we help? I just left and I will never come back.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION. EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HERE IS TRASH. THE WORKERS HAVE TRASHY ATTITUDES. THEY NEVER GET THE ORDER CORRECT, SOMETHING IS ALWAYS IMPROPERLY MADE.

My husband and I walked into this Dunkin today, November 9, 2025 at approximately 12:58p. No greeting and was completely ignored. The cashier looked at us and turned around. He started playing with the donuts behind for at least 3 minutes/up until the time we looked at each other in disbelief and walked out. Very unprofessional and will never be back!!

Its taken me awhile to write this review because I have so much love for this specific Dunkin, but the last 6 months it has gone extremely downhill. I've been coming here multiple times a week for the last 3 years. In the past the drive thru staff were friendly and coffee was always amazing. But recently the staff haven't been as friendly
and the coffee sucks. My cup is constantly low on coffee and it doesnt taste right. I've experimented with different drinks and sizes and it's all the same. Today my pumpkin shaken espresso taste like old black coffee with a splash of milk. What is going on?? What happened?? For this type of overpriced coffee I would just make it at home..

I ordered a medium iced matcha with less ice. I only gave me a half a cup of matcha with almond milk and said that they cannot fill it up it's all measured out. Please do not order Masha from them because they are ripping us off.

I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats from this location (Store #304706) on 8/22/25 and was very disappointed. My order was missing items (a donut and a bacon, egg & cheese wake-up wrap), and the drink I received was completely wrong.

When I reached out to Uber Eats, I was told to contact the store directly. Unfortunately, my experience with the store was even worse. The first call just rang with no answer. On my second attempt, I briefly spoke to someone who said he was the overnight manager, but he admitted he had just gotten in and wasn’t sure what was going on. The line went silent and then disconnected. Every attempt to call afterward went unanswered.

Mistakes happen, but what really frustrates me is the complete lack of communication and accountability. If an item is unavailable, customers should be notified instead of just receiving the wrong items. And if there’s a problem, the store should answer the phone and try to help.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a disappointing experience that I felt it needed to be shared. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both accuracy and customer service moving forward.
