Let me just say this. I’m only giving service, food, atmosphere five stars because of Lashe’!!! She makes the drinks soooo good. Every morning I stop by early and get coffee. She never fails. She’s the only one in that establishment that knows how to make the drinks the correct way. If you’re reading this, whenever you stop by at this location. Ask for Lashe’ ! I promise she won’t miss.

I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and the cheese was not melted and the bread was cold. Surely when packaging it the person who made it could feel it or even look at it and see that it was not toasted. Very disappointed

Please make sure you tell the employees to make sure that they cook the food all the way through and not give customers raw bacon this is disgusting it’s completely raw.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I went to D&D with my granddaughters, after I got my order I looked at the receipt 9 items for $30.07. I did the calculations and it equaled $20.07. I did it again and again and took it to them they said it’s not their fault and that they couldn’t do anything. I called support and they told me to wait 2 days and to discuss with the employees . I asked for the manager and what they said was the Manager quit. Don’t go here. I would give zero stars but I can’t.

I arrived at Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a hot signature latte, size large, from the cashier. However, the girl handed me an iced latte instead. I corrected her and said that I had ordered a hot latte. She made another one, this time with regular cold coffee. I looked at her again and reiterated that I wanted a hot coffee. She then told me that my order was for an iced latte, not a hot one. I checked my receipt and saw that she was right, it did say iced latte. Apparently, the cashier didn't pay attention to my order and wrote down iced instead of hot. It was my mistake for not checking the receipt and assuming that my order was correct. I really wanted a hot coffee, so I ended up paying for another one, making sure that the cashier wrote down the correct order this time. He did, but when I received my drink, it was still cold. I couldn't believe it! I had already paid for two drinks, both of which were cold, when I specifically wanted a hot drink. The girl explained that it was 2 shots of macchiato with milk and asked if I wanted regular coffee instead. I was so furious and disappointed with Dunkin' Donuts for having workers who would ruin their reputation in this way.

This is definitely one of the most organized in cleanest Dunkin' Donuts. The staff especially the morning manager are all extremely friendly and professional. Always have a smile on their face

Bit busy right around lunch time/high school dismissal time. It's better to place an order in the app and get down the car to pick up. Drink was made as requested, and took only 5 minutes to get it after placing the order in the app
