Had to switch to this Dunkin because the Dunkin on Minnieville is trash. The workers are friendly, they have all the syrups and coffee milk unlike Minnieville Dunkin, and everything was tasty! My new go to Dunkin from now on.

Ordered two drinks, the chai latte was watered down as soon as I got it and the second drink took 15 mins to come out while other people who ordered after me were getting theirs, after 30 mins they then decide to tell me their out of whipped cream. Never coming back to this location again.

Staff are friendly and, most of the time, give positive feedback, but sometimes they are run out of stuff. Cleaning needs some improvement.

It’s Dunkin. Donuts are always great. Microwave heated sandwiches, not so much.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Dunkin' seriously needs to get it together. Every time I come here, the service is incredibly slow even when there’s barely anyone in line. It feels like no one is in a hurry, and customers are left waiting far too long for simple orders.
On top of that, it’s disappointing to see how little diversity there is among the staff. In a community that’s full of different backgrounds, it feels out of touch and unwelcoming to not reflect that in the workplace. Dunkin' can and should do better faster service, more inclusive hiring. Until then, I won’t be coming back.

I am completely appalled by the experience I had at this Dunkin' location. The staff was not only extremely rude, but their behavior crossed the line into blatant racism. There is absolutely no excuse for the way certain customers were treated differently based on their appearance or background — it was obvious, disgusting, and heartbreaking to witness.
What disturbed me even more was seeing a visibly pregnant woman — at least six months along — scrubbing the floors while the rest of the staff stood around doing very little. How is this acceptable in any workplace? Not only is it inhumane, it's a serious health risk and an example of complete disregard for employee welfare.
This place needs to be investigated, held accountable, and retrained — or shut down entirely. I will never be back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting a place that operates like this.

I don't understand the concept of stale donut 🍩 Purchased a coffee and two donuts this morning the donuts had to be at least 4 days old. I believe this is a standard practice for dunkin' donuts I have experienced this in Orlando Florida, Fort Lauderdale Florida, and Atlanta Georgia and I'll stop there. I will never purchase anything from Dunkin donuts ever again. 😡
