Tried to order three milkshakes and they were nearly out of every icecream flavor. Finally ordered two cookies and cream and one mint chip and they brought out three watered down cookies and cream, they got the order wrong. 30$ and the milkshakes weren’t what I ordered and were disgusting.

I did a large order of donuts and coffee, and a separate order for a sandwich, hash brown, and two donuts. I received stale donuts, wrong bread for my sandwich, and my two other donuts were missing. I was helped by the store manager Sandra. She was rushing the order and did not provide the best customer service. When I called her she continued saying she wasn’t rude and blamed it on her employee. When I went after two days for confrontation, the other manager Wendy was there. She was such a nice person. She apologized and fixed my order. Mistakes happen but sometimes all you gotta say is sorry and Sandra should really learn customer service from Wendy. If I ever go back to this dunkin it will only be because of Wendy’s service!

11.18 2025 This is my 'Go To' Dunkin when I'm on this side of Woodbridge. This morning I did a mobile app order for coffee and new croissant. When I went in to pick up order, I was informed that I would need to get something else (which was fine). I asked how the difference in price would be honored ($0.52), I was given a dime. When asked for the remainder and showing my app purchase, the manager walked over, sighed and handed me a quarter from her pocket. Yikes. She walked away speaking to an employee and that was it. I was shocked that she didn't want to ensure all was in order. $52 or $0.52...it's my funds given to a restaurant for a good I paid for.

So recently I went to get a Dunkalatté and they told me it was discontinued, which isn’t true. They don’t know how to make the blueberry cereal and milk matcha latté so you have to tell them every time. They told me they no longer do military discount. They also never have some of the syrups/ingredients needed to customize your order/drink. It is ran by mostly Hispanics so there is a language barrier depending on who takes your order.

Accuracy and speed. They're generous too. I spilled my ice coffee outside, but one of the workers came outside for something else, and saw me. She then went back in and made me fresh cup of ice coffee for free. Thank you to the crew. Excellent customer service.
I came really having a taste for Dunkin Donuts being serviced by the Manager Sandra was very unpleasant. He attitude was less than professional she insisted I pay first before taking my order. She kept interrupting as I was speaking. Never again! Now I understand why rating is so low!
