El Molino Bakery

Wow! This food is exceptional! Going inside of the bakery, I felt like I was at Grand Central Station! Lots of people were bustling around with baggies and tongs grabbing their baked items. From breads to cakes to cookies , they had it all. The tres leche cake was my favorite dessert. 🥰

But the breakout star?? THE SALTEÑAS! I had never heard of it before but seeing how it was so packed inside I had to try what they’re known for. OH MY WORD! It’s a party of flavors! Why would I even get a Panera soup bowl again when I could have this sweet and savory soup inside of a perfectly baked pastry? I couldn’t wait to eat it! I didn’t even leave the parking lot and I had devoured it 🤣I got the chicken but I can’t wait to come back and try the others. This place was exceptional!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called at 0830 to separate an order of 8 salteñas de Carne, I told her I’m coming from Stafford to please put them aside for me since I know they run out of these quick. I get there at 0920 since I told her I would make it around that time to pick them up, and I’m told hey we don’t your complete order. I tell her how I asked for it to be separated, (they only wrote a sticky note did not separate) they said give us 8 mins the batch is almost done cooking. I wait 6 mins and she goes to check comes back out and tells me that the batch is burned so I can either get chicken and whatever is left for carne which was 4. If I wanted chicken I would’ve asked for it to be separated, I practically wasted time and gas getting up here.

Went in around 8:30 am on a Friday. Many of the pastries were warm and fresh out of the over. Even my family that do not eat much hispanic baked goods really enjoyed their ‘pan francés’. Too bad I’m far away; otherwise, it would be my go-to bakery. The lady that attended to me was nice and polite; she said their hours are 6:00 am to 9:30 pm; however, I see that online shows 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Anyways, good bakery.

The Salteñas is the only good thing here, but even though they have a huge sign advertising them, 8 out of 10 times they don’t have them. Maybe is time to remove the sign or put another one that states that only have them if you order them ahead of time.

The food is fantastic. This place gets very busy call ahead if you can with your order. I'd wait an extra 10 minutes past my order time, and they were nice enough to offer out free samples to all the guests.

My husband loves atol, the flavor is delicious and the bread, we recommend this bakery, they are very friendly, they serve you very well.

The bread is very good, the bad thing is that it is a very small place and it gets too crowded, there is a little mess to grab the bread and when it comes to paying it is a little confusing.

Excellent place, a super good bakery, the bolillos are so good and soft, freshly made with the corn atole, my favorite, it is a very good place to choose bread of all kinds by quantity to your liking, as much as you want and to order ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We always buy the leche cake from here. Every occasion we can think of we have bought from here. The cake it very tasty and they always accommodate and take special orders

Everything was delicious. The only bad thing is that there is a short white lady who is very bad at customer service. Just looking at her face makes her look bitter. There is a slightly older woman who is super friendly.
