I am writing regarding a service issue experienced after my iced tea was accidentally spilled on me by our waitress. While the spill was apologized for by staff and a manager, the subsequent service was unsatisfactory.
We were moved to a new table closer to the door, which was unhelpful since I was wet and the temperature outside was in the 30s. I also noticed the waitress reused the same cup for the replacement drink, as the outside was wet.
