We decided to give Firepan Waldorf another chance, but unfortunately, it disappointed us again. First, the service was slow. Second, we ordered appetizers and were surprised to find we were charged separately for two orders of fried dumplings and corn cheese—on top of the buffet price. There was no indication on the menu, nor did the server mention that these appetizers came with an additional charge. This felt misleading and left us with a negative impression as guests.
