Absolutely phenomenal experience. Wilmer at the bar is next-level! friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. Drinks were perfectly made, recommendations were spot-on, and he made everyone feel welcome from the moment we sat down.

Manager Lilly deserves major praise as well. She runs the place with care and professionalism while still being incredibly kind and approachable. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and the team, and it shows in every detail of the experience.

We had a great experience at Firepan thanks to our server, Jose! Jose was attentive, explained the menu clearly, and made sure the grill was always taken care of. Everything came out perfectly and was delicious! The food quality and service can’t be beat! Jose’s professional service really elevated our meal and made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Zane was there a server tonight and he was amazing! We had quite the loud, busy, chaotic and hungry family over the holiday seasons. He was patient, tolerant and accommodating. He paid very good attention to us. Food was excellent as always, and the staff was amazing at accommodating us for seating even though I had booked at the wrong location! Much kudos!

We had a great experience here. The food was fresh and very tasty, especially the meats and sides. Everything was well seasoned, and the quality really stood out. The restaurant felt clean, welcoming, and family-friendly. Our server Jose was amazing—very friendly, attentive, and helpful the whole time without being too much. He made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. The service really made the visit even better.

Zane was very nice and did an amazing job today with our lunch. He took the time to ask about our day and our plans and kept checking up on us, even after the place got busy and he got more tables to wait on.

I live 2hrs away went to woodbridge to go shopping went to go look for a restaurant afterwards came across to this place AMAZING SERVICE! his name is Nathan “Sparky” was SO NICEE, the BEST waitress I ever gotten in my LIFE!!!!

Update : they do not have a sign up at the front where it says they do not accept American Express. Nothing on the doors or at the hostess stand. Their excuse is that their “toast” system doesn’t take it or it doesn’t work. The real reason is probably
because the owner doesn’t want to pay the 1% charge .
