Would not know how the food is . Called to find out if they had a full menu due to reviews say They have limited item . The guy Micheal which is supposed to be a manger . Never did answer my questions and the awful attitude turned me off from going there . Jeez . Seems poorly ran and out of date .

Just left here without even eating the food. It was my birthday dinner and this is where i wanted to eat. Im pregnant and was craving it. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The “chicken” sandwich didn’t even look or taste like chicken. They didn’t even have the regular fries and the ones they gave us were stale. Even all of the sodas were either out, or tasted like water (no syrup at all). Cost us $35 for two people and couldn’t even eat the food. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed by my visit today. The gentleman at the counter was inattentive.The food was good, but my burger was definitely undercooked. I ordered my burger medium, but it was definitely medium rare, if not just rare in some places. The fries were delicious.Environment was terrible! They have some claw type games by the door, playing the same song over and over, it's only like 1 minutes 40 seconds long, then repeats, and it's pretty miserable to listen to. They have no other music in the restaurant. The TVs are off, so I was left to bringing my phone out while eating to distract myself from that garbage carnival type music.Coke machine was extremely limited in choices, they had Root Beer, Coke and Sprite, maybe one other thing. Only had a couple of options for the added flavors.The restaurant was clean, and despite my burger not being cooked to my liking, it was a delicious burger. I just hope I'm not paying for it later.A real shame honestly, I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but it truly didn't deserve it.

I can pop in to this location whenever I'm traveling and the food is always fresh. Consistent quality on every visit. Love this location.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegan but have tried the impossible burger and would still recommend it.
Came I'm while they were completely empty, I asked for a milkshake because the menu has them listed and the cashier said "we don't do milkshakes here." Why have an item on the menu if you do not serve them? I was not told the machine was broken or anything only that they do not do milkshakes.
Quentin was at the register and he was so patient while he took my son's order. William was so attentive and 2 steps ahead of us with our to-go order. The food was great and they have military discount.I gave 3 stars because right as the lady was bagging our food (it was packed up, she just needed to call our name), the register went down and she had to go fix it. The next guy to prepare the orders just looked at it and prepared the orders after ours. He finally checked our bag but my son was already walking up to the window to point it out to him. They also didn't have any wings available at 2pm on a Saturday.

As soon as we arrived, it was bad. The menu is such a small font that it's hard to read. Half of the tvs were off, and the guy at the counter murmured so much none of us could understand him. Then after we got our food, we went to get our drink. They have 2 of those fancy Coca-Cola machines, but there were only about 3 options each, all of them being diet or zero sugar. Also, there wore no napkins, just rolls of paper towels at about 2/3 of the tables

Aweful—the quality of the meat is gone! Not fresh at all. The restaurant was freezing, only had can soda and sweet tea-not going back ever! Stay far away.

Every burger I ordered was missing items. The nacho cheese tasted like burnt plastic. Soda fountain machine wasn’t working and they were handing out canned sodas. One worker was in the kitchen eating an orange by the pick up area. Cashier was coughing a lot and did not wash her hands after coughing. Fuddruckers, please get it together.
