Did not receive Service. They were out of pint glasses, then the bartender asked me to pay while waiting for the glasses, but he did not take tap to pay OR cash??? I did not have my debit card on me so I left. They are busy, so I’m sure my business will never be missed🤷🏻‍♀️

Can’t beat happy hour

When we got there the big roll up door was down after a few mins they rolled it up well it was cold outside so I asked them to roll it up😆 they come back saying that when it reaches a certain temperature they have to open the doors😆😆 ok so when it's 60 outside they have to open the doors. No one in the place but us. We bought drinks and food they could've closed the doors till we left but we left soon as the food came out and won't be going back. It's not like I asked them for free food but we spent 100 there

My friend and I received poor service during our experience at the Ghost Fleet .We addressed a discrepancy concerning our bill and our waiter , Dennis, gave us an attitude rather than being hospitable and respectfully addressing our concern . We felt uncomfortable with his energy and it felt like he was avoiding our table. By no means were we hostile throughout our visit, and we remained respectful and understanding throughout our interaction with him - his customer service was poor. Also, his co-worker - a Latino male - was rude as well when we asked about a military discount. If there's not one available, that's perfectly fine - but he could've addressed it without being discourteous. Overall, we had a poor experience and will never be dining here again. Also, if you want a double for your drinks - you're better off getting the drinks twice - an extra shot costs the same as the drink you're purchasing , but they won't tell you that though. Hopefully, they train their staff to treat their customers better, and stop scamming people with those drink prices - especially when they're charging so much for bottom shelf.

Came here to celebrate with a friend and got a few drinks and asked for a double in them, I’ve been here plenty and plenty of times before, at the bar and the movies.. that being said, the drink was $11 and getting a extra single shot on top was also $11 (for bottom of the barrel alcohol) I would have thought it was patron we were drinking with that price. It had always been atleast 50% cost of the drink, when brought to our servers attention, he was very rude about it, he said “I don’t make the prices” I told him I had no problem paying but $11 for one shot is ridiculous when the drink itself is already 11… in no way was that even mentioned to us as well, which I feel witch such a big jump in price it should be mentioned.. getting a hold of a manager is near impossible as well, you can only write emails to them. Poor management poor service and subpar drinks.Would have given 0 stars if I could.

I definitely see what what someone else was talking about with the dishes being piled up on the bar. The bartender seems more interested in talking to her friend in the corner than working. There is literally a stack of 9 glasses in front of some dude and other dirty dishes all over the bar. There is also a cold draft from their air conditioner anywhere you sit at the bar. The only reason they are getting a two is because I got my beer fast.

4 dollar Happy Hour beers.Probably near 30 different taps.

Was better when Nate was a bartender. Been going there for over a year. Last time I went the service was backed up to the point food came out near the end of the movie and and we never even saw our drink order or water. Idk what's going on with management but the place is to pricey for bad service.

Surprised as to the great food! I love the drinks at the bar and the seats in the movie! Very relaxing, comforting and I will go again!

Innatentive bartender... I just ended up walking out because I was being ignored.

Excellent beer selection. I knocked off two stars because we’ve only been here twice; the first time, our bartenders were amazing and attentive, really great service. The second time, the bartender literally just stared at us wordlessly as a greeting… i assumed this stare was her taking our order? Really odd and rude. The bar was littered with glassware and dirty plates right in front of us. The whole time we drank with glasses all over the bar in front of us, bartenders chatting away. It was kinda gross? I am a bartender and would never let someone sit there with 5-6 dirty glasses all over the bar in front of them. If the second time had been consistent with the first visit it would be a 5/5.

Went to Thursday night trivia! Joey was hosting! Had such a great time! We will definitely be back!

Happy Hour was great! Drinks reasonably priced and the wait staff is professional.

Slow service. Pricey food and drinks.
