Great Wraps

Incompetent. Ordered food at 2:30. No one started cooking my order until the second time I asked them about the order. They messed up the lady in front of me order, then proceeded to eat the messed up order. Literally anything else in the mall is better.

The food here is a 10 out of 10 everytime I come here….It also is freshly made to order

Very poor quality food

Today I went there at 11:45. No one was manning the counter. Last time that I ordered I ended up w rice in my greek bowl after I ordered only the salad and gyro meat. The meat wasn't its usual crispy pieces. The time before I ordered the Greek bowl and the meat was crispy but only included lettuce instead of the salad. This is the healthiest food in the mall but I am discouraged from ordering anymore.

Service is incredibly slow I only ordered a smoothie and it came out 15 minutes later. Unacceptable in my opinion especially for a “fast food” place

Owner was rude and disrespectful. He talked to me like I am homeless. I had CC to pay for my soda but owner refused to take it and didn’t refill soda at all in hot weather they care about the money not the quality and service. I am never going there again.

I remembered my first time trying it with no hesitation! I can tell food there is going to be great and they prove me right. I rate this place 10/10. My favorite meals there are the cheese steaks, chicken tenders and fries. I'd recommend coming here in the mall. Also, I like the free samples, so the free samples is what got me to eat there in the first place. I'd rather pay to support their business than to take free food without trying new experiment. I shoukd have listened to the reviews. Past by to get Charley's and GW was giving out samples of there Santa fe wrap. Charley was packed so I decided why not give them a try. I asked for the wrap cheese fries with bacon and they totally messed up my order. When I told the owner he kept playing it off. They put bacon in my wrap and I didn't ask for it. He refused to make a new one. I ended up trashing it. It was disgusting and they need to hire people who know how to take orders. The food was not good at all. Stay clear. Not worth it. 20 plus dollars for a combo that is not good what so ever!!

5/5! Best place to eat at the mall! My usual meal is a Santa Fe with no tomato and a sprite or lemonade! ??
