AVOID THIS PLACE… if I could give a -1 I would. We came as a group and ordered food. Spent well over $100. They took 20 minutes to bring our food out. Mind you there’s 5 people in the restaurant. When they brought our food they didn’t bring one of our platters out. We kindly addressed this to the staff and it was met with confrontation. They didn’t believe us (even with a receipt) and implied we were lying on our order. We talked twice with them and still had to pay again for what we ordered originally. Not professional even after trying to talk to a manager… the food was not worth the experience or priced!!

Where do I start .. first food took a while to arrive .. we were a party of 9 snd we all ate at separate times because the food arrived in long spaces in between … next the food when delivered was wrong .. one of persons in our party didn’t receive his order because it added to a different persons order.. when we tried to correct the order, 2 of the staff came to our table and instead of trying to resolve the mixup, it felt like we had to explain our order again after most of the party had already finished our meal .. 1. This is not the atmosphere that you want to have in a restaurant.. 2. The food wasn’t cheap and for the sake if the customer, a free taco plate would of gone a long way .. 3. Our family has owned a restaurant before and being kind and generous to our customers went a long way .. would not recommend this restaurant.. sadly

I had a bad experience first they gave me the wrong food and when I got my food they slammed it down, and I did not get the full things of what I got then 20 minutes later they gave me the rest of the food and when I tried talking to one of the servers they ignored me overall bad service never coming back here .

My father and I were traveling by when we decided to stop by Mexican food and we found this place. The food was amazing and delicious. The food has an amazing flavor We order a plate each and the portions are great for the price. We couldn’t finish so we took some home. I will recommend this place. Great service and food. If we ever around we will definitely stop by again. 10/10 recommend.

Facility was very clean and the food was outstanding. Ms. Paulina provided excellent service and was very polite and courteous. Definitely worthwhile stopping in with the family.

I came down from upstate NY to enjoy their MASITAS DE PUERCO AL HORNO (as listed on their website)… I was told this location doesn’t serve that item (frustrating, but ok). I decided on the BIRRIA RAMEN SOUP for $18.95
(Ramen Birria Served With Two Birria
Tacos With Onion & Cilantro)… when we received our order, there were no tacos. Upon asking for them, I was told I ordered the small, which didn’t come with tacos - there are no sizes listed. The food was tasty, however a thoroughly frustrating experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I just had my first visit to Guapos, and it was absolutely amazing! The food blew me away, and the customer service was top-notch—truly the best I've experienced! I can't wait to share my recommendation for this gem of a restaurant. It was not only clean but also had the most professional and friendly staff. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
