Employee was very rude to me. There were two employees and the slim one was very rude to me and my daughter. I felt bad because this is a place I buy ice cream all the time. I was standing to be attended to and she attended to another customer I can before. When I asked, she put her hand for me to wait till she is done talking. I don’t mind waiting but sometimes the way you act or speak to someone matters.

These coworkers were super nice and helpful with everything they did they helped me order and was very patient with me their names were Katie, yulissa, Sofia, and Giselle these were the ones who helped me the food was amazing I had a smoothie and it was so good the atmosphere was positive they were quick and interacted with me the whole time if I could give an extra star I would.

The service was immaculate they offered great selections and offered great samples. The worker Yulissa had a bright smile on her face and even showed me how to sign up for the loyalty program. 10/10 would recommend.

Today was the first time I got ice cream from here, and I am MOST CERTAINLY coming back. The employees were amazing, especially the tall Hispanic girl with glasses, she were caring to all my needs and even recommend me a flavor. The ice cream was amazing.

The ice cream was very delicious! There’s a skinny hispanic girl with glasses who is always super sweet to me. I always look forward to going to this location because the staff is super kind and the scoops are pretty big so it’s a pretty filling dessert i’m paying for, as well as delicious.

Kid-friendliness: Everytime I’m here with my kids the staff is super sweet and will make conversation with my little ones which I really appreciate considering they don’t have many friends.

I asked for a smoothie and received the answer "Not at the moment". I double-checked what it meant, and still received the same answer "Not at the moment", which I found confusing. I noticed the lady was not honest with me and didn't want to make the smoothie because it was the end of the shift. I walked around for a couple of minutes, and another employee came, I asked for a smoothie and I received the answer "We stopped making smoothies at 7:45 p.m." And it was 7:46 :D When I asked why I had been denied a smoothie earlier, the answer I got was "Because it was 7:45 when you asked", which was a lie. I understand everyone wants to go home but to lie to a customer's face trying to make a fool out of them in front of other people who were just getting their smoothies - that's a bit too much. I am not ordering here again. Thanks.

These kids working yesterday 07-17/24 in the evening are rude specific the skinny girl and the hispanic girl light skin. I had 3 kids with me and they were mad because i did not hurry up to tell them what ice cream my kids wanted. The hispánic girl gave me the right amount of ice cream meanwhile the ice cream the skinny girl did was a little bit and I guess it was on purpose. She was mad and making faces. They charged me 40$ for 5 ice creams and I am still thinking they charged me an extra ice cream. Please if your work here do it because you love to work not just for the money! not coming back again

The staff behind the counter is so unprofessional. They just don’t wanna work. I reached at their ice cream parlor around 7:30 pm on Saturday and tried to order milkshake, the staff first said we don’t have Belgium chocolate shake take a look on other flavors… then we choose another one and this time there was this guy who said ohh sorry we are not accepting any shakes order . It would be either cone or cup !!! I was with my family of three people and needed three shakes. Obviously you are losing customer and money . Kindly train them to be more professional at customer service or send them back to school. Pathetic. The best part is there were three girls and a guy behind the counter & none of them helped as they close by 8 pm and can’t accept orders before 30 mints of closing . Wooooooowww

I had the strawberry ? cheesecake ice cream flavor. Very yummy. The "regular" scoop was a lot.
It's in Potomac Mill mall. Not too busy when I was there so service was quick

Häagen-Dazs is the best ice cream! Probably (certainly) has thousands of calories in every bite but yum! It's worth it!

Poor customer service. Girls behind the counter just play on their phones and try to get rid of you as soon as possible.
