I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is nice and cosy too :3
I have been going to happy place for about a year and I am a customer because I like to support small businesses . So I asked the owner to make me caramel macchiato and it was too sweet and I asked him to make me another one. He refused to make another one and I asked him to give me a refund. Then, he said he will given me the refund but he wants me to leave the coffee shop after that. He was rude and the way he treated me was not fair since I was a customer. If you support small business this place is not the one that you want spend your money .
Now Jesse's. Coffee is good but the is high considering its just a drink
The food was sooooo good! The atmosphere superb, it’s so clean. The music is calming, the owner is a wonderful guy! I will come back from here to infinity. I will also be recommending my friends and family to come here as well. Forget a Starbucks, Dunkin, or any American breakfast chain you can think of. This place is the place to go! Coffee is delicious, they have so many options. If you are contemplating coming here look no further and just do it. You will not regret it !! ❤️
egg and cheese croissant and white chocolate mocha always hit the spot. Great customer service, warm hospitality, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere—perfect start to my day!
This place is great. The meat they serve is Halal (the owner is happy to provide the certifications) the coffee and the desserts are great as well
Here’s the email I sent you back in JUNE! I had HORRID service. I frequent your coffee shop for delicious coffee and yogurt with fruit. Today I brought my family with me and we spend $95 before tip and $15 tip on our order. We are very dissatisfied with the way our food order was handled. I understand the menu is new and we love your restaurant. However. My coffee order came with syrup and I am allergic to sugar. My fruit yogurt was not plain greek yogurt but sweetened greek yogurt. I ordered a Southwestern Salad and it came with NO avocado, corn, no tomato, to beans, no green beans. It was just a ceasar salad with tortilla chips and chicken... and for some reason bleu cheese? They later explained that they were out of a lot of the ingredients. But I wish they told me at the beginning. I would pick something different. It took AN HOUR for me to get my salad and it was still missing 50% of the ingredients, so I just took it to go. My mother in law ordered a cobb salad and it was missing bacon and had ZERO dressing. They just brought mustard on the side for her. Not Honey Mustard sauce, but just plain mustard. People who made the food, had no idea what they were doing. We also paid EXTRA for bacon and they told us they were out of bacon AFTER we paid. My husband asked for everything bagel but received a plain bagel. We didn't even bother saying something at this point. 1. I am fine with new restaurants not having everything figured out. 2. the coffee is delicious 3. I should absolutely not have to pay for product I do not receive. I feel that kitchen did not communicate with the front of the house about missing food. 4 .for $100 i could have eaten anywhere else and actually be able to eat. I am still hungry because I had to leave after an hour and I did not have my salad until after an hour of waiting. This is unacceptable. If the kitchen is not ready, they should not be taking orders. If there are ingredients missing - please tell people so they can choose something else from the menu and not overpay for the food they don't receive. Bottom line: I support your local business and I will keep coming back. I do expect a refund or a gift card. I hope you understand my concerns about spending this much money and not at all receiving the food I expected. I did not leave a bad review on Google and I don't plan on doing so. Hopefully we can reach a resolution. Thank you. Please check your email. I tried sending you a private message and not post a bad review. The kitchen isn’t ready and I don’t feel comfortable being charged for food that you’re out of! The kitchen needs to communicate with the front of the house.
If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.

The atmosphere of the place was good as a coffeehouse the service not that good I made my order but the barista wasn’t that kind of person doesn’t feel comfortable when I was ordering and the last thing I ordered an iced pistachio latte and I tell you stay away from it is has very bad taste don’t know was it the coffee beans or it was burnt but I could not drink it it was bad experience for me and I don’t know if there was another types of coffee that is good but that was my experience

I am so glad this place exists in Woodbridge. A nice, comfy, local coffee shop that isn't a major chain like Starbucks. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean. The owner's son Maxi is so polite and well mannered. I will definitely be visiting again.

It literally took 17 minutes to get a mediocre hot chocolate at this place! There were 4 employees behind the counter: 1 making drinks, 1 taking orders, and 2 just standing around. There were 4 people ahead of me, waiting for their drinks, all looking at one another wondering what the problem was. And none of the staff even apologized for the absurd wait time. Everyone has a bad day — I get it. But as a former barista myself, I would have been fired if I ever took that long to make basic drinks.

3 dollars for an extra shot of expresso is insane when the most I pay anywhere else is between $1.00 and $1.50. I also witnessed the owner try to make her customer get all the way in the back of the line to pay an extra 90 cents on top of the 90 cents she already paid for, for honey because the customer wanted her tea sweeter. The coffee I’ve had taste fine but the customer service and the price will keep me from going back for sure.
