Hernan helped us tailor the “Parrilla Latina” menu to ensure we had the right mix for our group, and provided all the equipment (and staff!) needed to deliver a special meal for our guests. The food was phenomenal—we received multiple compliments from our friends and family (many of whom were spotted going for seconds…and thirds 😊). His staff on site was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Working with Hemibry Catering was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and truly helped make our special day special. From the beginning, Hernan and everyone else we worked with made the experience easy, and both the food and service they provided was exceptional.Hemibry played a major role in creating a great wedding day. Many wedding attendees expressed it was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and we appreciated their menu customizability and additional offerings, including a late night snack our guests appreciated. The bartending staff was also professional and efficient.I especially appreciated the way Hemibry looked out for us, including making sure we ate and setting aside drinks and appetizers specifically for the wedding party. We came from Alexandria for a visit to Campbell’s Frozen Custard which was terrific and then wanted lunch. Looked on Trip Advisor and found Arepas Capital that had high ratings. They get high ratings for a great reason. A superb culinary delight! The food is seasoned perfectly and deliciously. My wife had the Cachapas, which we ordered another one to take with us and I had Parrilla Mar Y Tierra! 5 out of 5 and beyond. The service was the absolute best from Dianna that gave us the recommendation for our lunch. We will be back many more times!!! Thank you for the best meal!!!

Very nice owner. But the issue I had with this company was that they served my guest stale sandwiches. The bread was rock hard. (So embarrassing) I ordered the Picnic Platter for 29 people. So 29 stale old sandwiches were served to my guest

We used Hemibry Catering for our wedding at The Osprey's at Belmont Bay on June 15 2019 and they did a fantastic job. From the start, working with Hernan was easy and he was always so responsive to my emails. When we went for our tasting we fell in love with the food and knew it would be perfect for our wedding. They allow you to pick packages for your wedding and also allow you to add whatever special requests you want! They provided phenomenal staff (bar tenders, servers, etc.) for the day of the wedding, and have SO MANY options (colors, textures) for the linens and chargers etc. that were included in the package! We had so many complements on not only the cocktail hour but also the food for the dinner at our wedding and I would highly recommend this company, they did such a great job!
