They advertise if the server doesn't. Mention the big steak omelet to you its free. Our server never mentioned it. We asked for it to be free and then he came up with excuses on why we couldn't get it for free . Totally unfair and false advertising.

This was probably the worst of the experiences I've had. It has always been somewhat chaotic but this was probably the worst. My food was not ready at the time they said, but it was busy, which is understandable. But when I called and was in the line for curbside the person was rude and short, which wasn't necessary but they were busy. Next, I was told to go to a certain spot which I did. A person came up and told me that my order was not ready although it was past the time it was supposed to be ready. Once again, it was busy. When she came out and handed me the food, I thought I smelled burnt but I wasn't sure. I guessed right. The pancakes and the turkey bacon were overcooked and visably burnt in places. Overcooked pancakes do not taste good. Not a great treat on my day off.

I came here on my birthday, and was very disappointed with the service I received. The staff were not polite. I didn’t receive the perks that were advertised on the website for my birthday and they told us that they don’t know how does the iHop account works! The worst service ever!

im not even mad about the hour i sat there waiting for my food. but sitting two people after me, and bringing their food while i sat there for another 30 minutes waiting is crazy. then making me wait another 10 minutes after i said i was done waiting and to just make it togo was crazier LOL foods good though

One of their best locations. The dining room is large and they have outdoor seating as well. The wait to be seated was not too long. My server (I forgot the young man’s name) was awesome. And the food was served quick, was still warm, and was very good.
