One of their best locations. The dining room is large and they have outdoor seating as well. The wait to be seated was not too long. My server (I forgot the young man’s name) was awesome. And the food was served quick, was still warm, and was very good.

Very rarely do I eat breakfast at IHOP and they exceeded my expectations. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. Ordered the big steak omelet to share. When the order arrived, the staff prepared it as two half portions without me having to ask. My coffee was filled often and at least someone from the staff checked on us on a consistent basis. Best IHOP experience.
