Good food, quick service, nice vibes. Got the brown stew lunch. Was delicious meal falling right off the bone amd filling.

I knew this was legit when I walked in and they had red stripe,

I’ve been coming to Irie for nearly 2 decades, and it’s disheartening to see how much the experience has changed since the younger generation took over. In the past the wife and husband would greet you. Ask how the family was and it had a personal touch. On my most recent visit, I decided to dine in as I have many times before. Unfortunately, the service and cleanliness left much to be desired.

My table was dirty when I was seated, and I had to request napkins to wipe it down myself. Looking around, I noticed dead flies on the window sills—definitely not what I expect from a place I’ve supported for years.

I was also disappointed to learn they no longer serve curry shrimp on the weekends, one of my favorites, and now charge a service fee for basic condiments like hot sauce or jerk sauce—even when dining in. After already spending nearly $70 for two meals, drinks, and meat patties. The nickel-and-diming for basic condiments is disappointing.

I miss the quality and hospitality Irie used to be known for. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and work to bring the standard back.

So I had to redo and edit this. I loved irie,every since they were the hole in the wall store in the middle of the plaza,but they have fallen off. I ordered a combo ox/jerk chicken. What i got was peppery bake chicken and peppers ox tail...no type of thick sauce just soup. That was disappointing to say the least. I hope they get it together..until then gotta find another spot 🤞🏾

Very simple Jamaican restaurant. I’ve been to Jamaica twice, the jerk chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had! I would argue top 3 Jamaican places I’ve ate.

Absolutely delicious! Irie Caribbean in Woodbridge is hands down one of the best spots for authentic island flavor. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the oxtail just melted in my mouth. The portions are generous, and the service is warm and welcoming—like family. You can tell they put love into every dish. Highly recommend if you're craving real Caribbean comfort food!
The new Rasta Pasta with Jerk wings is a winner!

Ridiculous. Had to wait 35 to 40mins for food. Food is way overpriced too.

I arrived at 7:46 pm along with another car who pulled up and the place was closed! The hours on the door say 11:00-8 pm. A young man came to the door and I asked him if the restaurant was closed he replied yes, I said you closed earlier, he replied yes with no further explanation. Wow, my drive and gas used unnecessarily because this business does stay open during the posted hours. Please pay your employees to work a full shift!

This food is so good. It is the best in the Woodbridge area. Anyone who says differently I’m not sure what their expectations are but mine are high and I give it a 10/10. The restaurant is very clean and even the bathrooms. We will be back!!

Pretty good Jamaican restaurant. Food is hot and fresh. Staff could be friendlier, but they aren't rude. Definitely worth a try.
