I like Jersey Mikes and eat there often. The sub was good and after eating I went to wash my hands and noticed the extreme lack of cleanliness behind the counter. Also, the bathroom was filthy and there were about 20 gnats flying around.

Ordered a giant club sub with extra bacon and only mustard, onions....$23+ dollars via jerseys app. We get home about 12 mile from the store. A few hours later we go to eat... the sandwich is a mess. Tons of mayo(not ordered) and 4 strips of bacon on a 18 inch sandwich. It was almost 4 dollars for extra bacon on a sandwich that comes with bacon and WE DONT EAT MAYO ON SANDWICHES. I filed a complaint... was told 48 hous to hear back. We haven't heard a thing. That says a lot about this store. Based on the other reviews this is a frequent issue and they really don't care!

I placed an online order for pickup, specifically detailing my preferences in the comments. However, the sub was not made as I requested. The workers attempted to justify their actions by saying it would have taken longer to create my sub, but I replied that I paid for what I wanted, not for their convenience. Three employees in the store demonstrated a lack of awareness and professionalism. They all had attitudes and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by bringing this discrepancy to their attention. If I were the owner, I would have reprimanded those workers for their lack of remorse. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

Malikaan (sp?) provided excellent service despite the dinner rush. He made sure the orders were correct for the family before me and customers after me. He smiled and was friendly, attentive and double checked the orders. He made the sandwiches and took the orders, multi tasking the whole time. Awesome employee!

This is easily the dirtiest Jersey Mike's I've ever been in. There was food on the ground and I have been in cleaner gas station restrooms. There was also a man in a jersey Mike's shirt who was openly vaping in the dining area.

Jersey Mikes has a great selection of sandwiches to choose from and the taste doesn’t disappoint. What does disappoint is the prices, $18 for the biggest size sandwich is atrocious. That’s the reason I rarely eat from here. For that price I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a drink and a meal.

Ordered the giant rosemary chicken bacon with all the toppings except onions and got white bread with lettuce and tomatoes only and the bread wasn't even giant looks regular not coming here again can't get a simple order right.

Purchase a chicken sub here close to closing time today, 7/16/25. I asked for a bacon chicken sub with everything except onions. When I got the sub it only had the protein nothing else. I went and said to please add everything, but onions. I failed to check that I got Rosemary bread. Instead they gave me white or gluten free bread. By the time I realize this they had already closed and I failed to get a receipt. I do not care if it getting close to closing time, providing customer service correctly is a priority. Are they not aware customer allow them to have a job and get a check?! How hard is to listen to a customer’s request?! Who is managing these place that allows this type of behavior? I seriously would like to know.

Ordered a Club sandwich. The staff don’t communicate well together. My sub sat for several minutes before one employee told the other employee to fix my sub up. It wasn’t busy. Then I got the weird eye when I ordered multiple bottles drinks. I’m travelling, and that’s my business. I won’t be back to this location next time I’m in town. Wasn’t busy at all. The person ahead of me was waiting too… to pay. If you want a successful business, step up your game!

We ordered by phone and the subs were a bit disappointing. One of the subs we ordered was the small veggie without the green peppers. The only thing that was on the sandwich was cheese and pickles. It might be better to go in and order so you can see what they're putting on the sandwiches as they make them. Even though the other sandwiches were the two large Subs and they were supposed to be identical with banana peppers, one had no banana peppers. They were ready when I arrived for pickup.

Brain Storm

Jersey Mike’s #13 on white, regular size, Mike’s way cut the onions, add pickles. Mayo on bottom, spicy brown mustard and pepper relish on top. AKA The Tony Z. The name is not catching on, and my local Jimmy John’s doesn’t even know how to make it

Service and cleanliness have really gone down hill. Went in yesterday around 7pm and walked out. Cockroachs walking on the windows like they're on the payroll. Disgusting.

I would like to acknowledge Alicia for her excellent customer service and sandwich making skills. She was friendly, easy to engage with, and very patient as demonstrated by her ability to tolerate a random customer talking her ear off for 15 minutes straight while I enjoyed my delicious Italian sub. Will definitely return.
