Last time there, in line to order, woman comes in and the workers took her order before my order. Really? Their response when questioned was, 'she comes in her all the time'. Seriously? Too bad the one on Old Bridge is horrible. Lost another customer...

I've been to many different Jersey Mike's locations and this was probably the grungiest and slowest I've ever visited. I was going to say the experience was fine, just not on brand until I tried my sandwich. I ordered a mini, the bread was clearly old and tasted off.

They do not change their gloves as they need to. If ur making a sandwich you should not be using the same gloves touching the computer screen and turn around making another sandwich with the same gloves on. I sit in the shop and watch them touch things with the same gloves on and turn around and make sandwiches without changing the gloves . If you touching pork you need change your gloves when you handling beef and turkey

I see I am not the only one who feels this way. I had a bad experience in March (staff member was vaping clearly in the back area then handling food in between vapes AND NOT WASHING HIS HANDS) They took a catering order and left walk in customers waiting 40-60 mins for a sub and yelled at those that questioned why there was a wait. I have gone out to the Lake Ridge location to visit my visit afterward. Went back today to NOT be acknowledged/greeted for 5-6 minutes while standing at the counter. It's clear that staff pick and choose who they want to acknowledge. The food came horribly disgusting this time (matches staff's energy). Sad that jersey Mike's doesn't care about customer service and providing good good (this location, at least).

If I could post zero stars I would. My husband orders two steak and cheese subs from there. He got home and found a half of a steak and cheese and a whole veggie sub. He went back and explained that they messed his order up and they refused to fix his order or refund it even though it was their mess up. On top of that the kitchen there was an absolute mess and looked disgusting. Will never go there again.

I Got To The Restaurant 8:40pm Knowing They Close At 9pm So Order Me The Sub, They Prepared It, I Pay For It And The Young Lady As Do u Want a Bag I Said No I will Eat It Here, 2 Minutes Of Sitting Down Eating My Sub, One Of The Guys The Work There Came And Said Sir We Close In 4 Minutes, I Told Him As Soon As I Finish The Half Of My Sub I Will Leave, As I am Finishing Another Work Specific Young With Dread Locks Scream SIR, SIR , SIR, I Turn From My Table And He Was In the Counter, I Said I am About To Finish The Last Piece Of The First Half Of the Sub, He Got An Attituted So Bad, Started To Scream And Said It Is 9pm You Need Get Out, We Are Close, I Got Up From The Chair And I Said Why You Have To Scream And Talk Like This, He Got So Mad, Started To Get Louderd You Need To Get Out And Louder, I Said You Better Lower Your Voice And Dont Have To Talk Like This, One Of The Young Ladies Told Him To Cone Down And Was Hold Him, He Was Going To Come At Me Like He Was Going To Hit Me, Wow I Said, This Is Horrible Place To Come Eat And This Young Kids Dont Know Customer Service & The One Young Lady Took The Phone And Called The Manager Saying I was Not Leaving The Restaurant Which Was a Lie, SO THIS PLACE NEEDS A MANAGER at Nights Since This Kids Dont Know How Treat Customer....DONT EAT THERE!!!!

Just so you guys know- the two of you working around 2-230pm today- you both repeated my order back to me twice and STILL got it wrong . I was the single customer in the store. The atmosphere at this location has never been great, but what I care about is the food - period. I want what I ordered; today was a bad day for me and now I'm just stuck with the wrong sandwich too. Thanks....this is when I may become a full blown Karen. Ugh.

Love Jersey Mikes and sandwiches here were good but the place needs to be tidied up. We had to clean off the table (none had been wiped clean). The restroom was nasty ? employees need to watch their language when talking to each other.

They got my order wrong and when I let them know they tried telling me that what I got was what I ordered. Told them again, sorry this isn't what I ordered, I ordered the number 17, not the Big Chicken Kahuna the guy tried telling me I ordered. At no point was i rude or giving them attitude. The girl on the grill who made it was clearly really mad that I brought it back. She made me another sandwich but instead of handing it to me, just slammed it on the counter and walked away then kept looking over at me and glaring at me while my daughter and i sat there to eat. No one apologized for getting it wrong, no one said no problem we'll make it right just down right rudeness and attitude. Will not go back again.
