Jersey Mike's Subs

We ordered by phone and the subs were a bit disappointing. One of the subs we ordered was the small veggie without the green peppers. The only thing that was on the sandwich was cheese and pickles. It might be better to go in and order so you can see what they're putting on the sandwiches as they make them. Even though the other sandwiches were the two large Subs and they were supposed to be identical with banana peppers, one had no banana peppers. They were ready when I arrived for pickup.

Jersey Mike’s #13 on white, regular size, Mike’s way cut the onions, add pickles. Mayo on bottom, spicy brown mustard and pepper relish on top. AKA The Tony Z. The name is not catching on, and my local Jimmy John’s doesn’t even know how to make it

Service and cleanliness have really gone down hill. Went in yesterday around 7pm and walked out. Cockroachs walking on the windows like they're on the payroll. Disgusting.

great customer service from nick and sham, very friendly and very kind, definitely recommend coming here, food came out great!!!!

I would like to acknowledge Alicia for her excellent customer service and sandwich making skills. She was friendly, easy to engage with, and very patient as demonstrated by her ability to tolerate a random customer talking her ear off for 15 minutes straight while I enjoyed my delicious Italian sub. Will definitely return.

the food safety practices at this location really concern me 😷 one example would be the dirty counters with the bread straight on the table. . they also soaked the bread completely with oil and vinegar to the point it was inedible. i normally go to a newer location and i hope they don't turn into the same type of service as this place. i feel like i just wasted money on the whole order

Service was good sub was average!

I don't recommend this store. I ordered two subs with extra meat, which I've ordered many times before but at another store. I did not get what I paid for $6 per sub! Try another location.

I stopped coming here a few months ago because the service and the food was not up to par but for the past two weeks I have been going in from my lunch and I will say it has made a complete 360 I was greeted by the staff, the staff already knew what sandwich I liked The place was clean and everyone was friendly and my sandwich was amazing. I am too a believer that you have to like what you do in order to provide a five star service and the manager in this location has turned this Jersey Mike’s around so kudos for Jersey Mike’s in Woodbridge on Prince William Parkway #ImHungry

Last time there, in line to order, woman comes in and the workers took her order before my order. Really? Their response when questioned was, 'she comes in her all the time'. Seriously? Too bad the one on Old Bridge is horrible. Lost another customer...

I've been to many different Jersey Mike's locations and this was probably the grungiest and slowest I've ever visited. I was going to say the experience was fine, just not on brand until I tried my sandwich. I ordered a mini, the bread was clearly old and tasted off.
