Good subs, bread was really tough however, please check bread before serving.

Every time I visit this location in particular, the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful! Daulton, the store manager, makes sure every single customers needs are met, without fail. I witness him catching customers who ordered multiple drinks and he is quick to offer a drink tray. My orders in particular can be quite particular, but that doesn't matter for Daulton. This gentleman is a spectacular customer service representation of the Jimmy John's franchise and has made me a fan of the brand for life. Would give more stars if I even could, as the above and beyond mentality is what attracts people to come, not just the delicious sandwiches! Big shoutout to the staff, even bigger shoutout to Daulton. Ive met the store owner once, I do hope he sees this. I believe Daulton deserves a raise and recognition beyond this stellar review. Keep him as long as you can..!

I finally tried a Jimmy John's and was a bit disappointed. I usually go to Jersey Mike's and feel they are a bit pricey, but the quality of the food is excellent and they are huge. Jimmy John's just does not pass. I ordered the Lulu Club and at first I didn't think it had any bacon inside. It did, but it was the thin, soft microwave bacon, not the crispy, fresh fried bacon like Jersey Mike's. Second, the cost is more affordable, but that is because the sub is so much smaller than Jersey Mike's. I'd say they are a step above Subway and the Lulu Club was flavorful but missing the bacon taste and crunch. Would I go again? Not if there is a Jersey Mike's nearby. One last note, for a sub shop, they should have more cheese selections, well they should have a selection period. All they have is provolone. Final gripe, I had to go back after my purchase because my order included 2 cookies that they forgot to put in the bag.

Have ordered from here dozens of times. Multiple times my sub hasn't been as ordered, but just let it go because mistakes can happen. Decided to try it again today with their new kickin ranch. My order gets delivered and it's just plain bread, no ranch. So finally for the first time I call them up and let them know they messed up my order. After fitzing on the phone for 2 minutes the guy finally says he will send the driver back with a new sub. Well that was a lie and they never came back. Never ordering from here again.

Bad service. Don’t use curbside. Whole purpose of curbside is safety isn’t it? Have to risk your car when coming to this place.

Food was bad. Bread was rock hard, meat tasted old. Missing ingredients on the sub. Nobody greeted. Not a good place better off trying Jersey Mikes or subway next door. Bad management.

I went with my wife and kids last week, and we were impressed by how quickly our food arrived and how delicious it was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the tall Black guy who took our order and give us recommendations, even though we came in late around 8:50 PM. It was a fantastic experience all around fast service and great hospitality!

This is an unusual review but speaks volumes to the philosophy of this business and the good staff they have working there. I was going supermarket shopping when I saw a young man discheveled and homeless and obviously hungry looking in an outside garbage can for food. I went into Jimmy Johns and told them to make me a sandwich I would pay for, for the man outside who looked to be in his 20's ... They looked at him and said no worries we will make him a sandwich and bring him water and they wanted nothing from me out of the goodness of an extremely compassionate staff and well trained from excellent management im sure ?. My husband stayed a bit to give the man the food at an outside table and the staff added a bag of chips. Again, thank you Jimmy Johns for being such a wonderful neighbor!

Delivery can sometimes take 20 minutes or sometimes over an hour. Website doesn't tell you an estimated time nor can you track and see if the items have even been made yet. I think I'm done after today, whenever my food decides to show up...
