My favorite place

Food is dry, bland, disappointing meat is tough, and was not cut proportionately. There were big chunks of meat on the bicol express (like adobo cut).

For the price, I would have just gone somewhere else.

They have great Filipino food.

Absolutely loved my visit to Kabayan Restaurant! Their bangus was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful inside. The pancit was just as good, full of savory goodness and that familiar comfort of home-style Filipino cooking. And don’t forget to order halo-halo!

What really made the experience even more special was the warm and welcoming Filipino staff. They made me feel right at home with their hospitality. A must-visit if you're craving authentic Filipino flavors and friendly vibes!

My family loves Kababayan and recommends this place to friends/co-workers/neighbors looking for authentic Filipino dishes. My husband, is almost here every other day coz they have great selection of Filipino dishes/desserts. Extra 10⭐ for ALMA, JANET, & EMMA for their excellent customer service!!!

I had an incredible dining experience at Kababayan Filipino Kitchen, and I can't recommend it enough! The moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The decor beautifully reflects Filipino culture, creating a cozy and authentic vibe.

The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was bursting with flavors that truly represent the Philippines. I highly recommend trying the adobo and sinigang—both were prepared to perfection. The lumpia was crispy and delicious, and the halo-halo was the perfect refreshing treat to end my meal. Each bite was a delightful experience.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. Whether you're familiar with Filipino cuisine or trying it for the first time, Kababayan offers an authentic taste of the Philippines that you won't want to miss.

I am actually truly shocked how this place has this rating. Coming from a constructive side of taste and food I just have to understand it.

Everything is under seasoned and not really Filipino taste that your use too.

The best thing was the lumpia. I would not come here again. The food needs work for sure. Service is not the greatest either

Finally, a Filipino restaurant with beautiful aesthetics and a super clean bathroom! To top it off, they are organize, friendly, and respectful. The quality of the food is fresh. It’s a typical Philippine home cooking.
In addition, they are generous. They handed us a surprise to go box filled with Pancit, as we were the last customers to leave before closing.
This place deserves a 5 star for all the right reasons.

This is my first experience and I will say their food reminds me of my culture of soul food with an Asian twist. I love their rice noodles and this stew they have is fya!
