Probably the worst service I've experienced. Firstly, though, I went into the women's restroom that promptly says "occupied" or "vacant" on the door and had several men pulling on the door and banging while I was using the restroom. Then while I was ordering, Charles did not confirm my order with me, missed the last half of it, and walked away, leaving me standing at the counter for several minutes. All the while one of the men that was harassing me in the bathroom was standing there asking if I was finished because he needed to pay for a drink. Charles finally comes back over asking if I've paid yet. It was when I asked him to confirm my order that I realised he did not put in all of it. This location has also previously given me gross rancid chicken. 2nd chance, failed.

Food was okay. Just be mindful of the hours. It said they close at 10pm so we ordered for pick up, still was able to pick it up but the dining area was closed, all doors were locked, and the drive thru machine also said closed. We had to pull up to the window instead. So if you are ordering in person might be best to come earlier than 9pm.

So disappointing. I always loved KFC but the chicken was dry and miniature thighs and drumsticks. Bland potatoes. Prices go up while quality goes down.

I stopped at this KFC location because I didn't want to ride in a traffic Jam. I notice that there were hardly any customers which was weird because it was dinner time and there right off the highway. Kfc competition Bojangles has tons of customers during dinner time.I ordered inside because I had to use the ladies room. I ordered the chicken sandwich since I have not been to kfc in a while because there menu keep changing and they got rid of the grilled chicken which was my favorite. I noticed there prices went up they used to have the $5 meals which were great . I ordered the chicken sandwich because I usually get my chicken sandwich from chick fila. I ask the young Spanish girl could she make it fresh to order because I wanted it hot to better the experience since this was my first time trying it she said sure. 10 seconds later she said my order was up. So I knew she didn't make it fresh to order. I wanted to tell her to go suck and egg for not respecting me as a customer. These younger generation have no respect for customers and are down right lazy. I ask the manager black older guy for a cup of water to wash down this cold sandwich and he was nice and was like let me wash my hands first. I wish he took my order because I know I would of gotten my fresh sandwich . Now I see why nobody goes to KFC anymore
