I go to the same KFC ,and I have for many years. twice this month the employee has gotten our order wrong and missing items that I asked for. all items are charged and on receipt I travel 20 minutes to this particular KFC because there were never any issues until recently. the employee was very rude when I called to let her know, she said " yes, I remember your order but I don't know what you want me to do about your missing items" she told me to come back with the receipt but...read full review
