Ordered one item from this location, and they screwed up the order. The location was not busy by any means when I picked up. I emailed customer service, and they never replied after even mentioning someone would contact me in 48hours. Save yourself some grief and go to Popeyes on the other end of the plaza.

There were no customers inside the dining area, yet I had to wait at the front counter for too long while I observed the cashier take two orders at drive thru. The male cashier who waited on me never spoke, nor did he say thank you. Very poor customer service!

Order the grilled chicken bc I can not eat the fried chicken. Received wrong order otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Register worker did not put order correctly but, she did correct my order once I returned the food.Dietary restrictions: Not fried chicken but grilled chicken.

I go to the same KFC ,and I have for many years. twice this month the employee has gotten our order wrong and missing items that I asked for. all items are charged and on receipt I travel 20 minutes to this particular KFC because there were never any issues until recently. the employee was very rude when I called to let her know, she said " yes, I remember your order but I don't know what you want me to do about your missing items" she told me to come back with the receipt but I told her that I shouldn't have to travel the same distance twice to the same place every time I order . I do have the receipt yet it is the point of I shouldn't have to sit in the line ,checking each bag while other people are in line . once is a mistake ,twice is doing your job poorly, on top of being rude to me.
