The chicken is great. The green rice only tasted good when I added the spicy sauce. The yuca was not cooked properly so disappointed in that. Value for money you get a lot of food.

I called in for a delivery they barely know English so it takes about 15 minutes for them to understand what you’re saying, I ordered plenty of times before so I’m not sure why they don’t at least keep your phone number and address on file to make it easier for them, I ordered chicharon and it comes with onions and that didn’t get here plus chicken wasn’t crispy as it should since it fried chicken. I call them to complain they left me on hold forever I’m guessing purposely. I called again and they said there wasn’t a manager. That was definitely the last time I order in this place. Very disappointed.

I'll start off with the good: The chicken and sauces were decent. No real complaints about either. The bad: Everything else. I ordered the quarter chicken with mashed potatoes and a salad. The mashed potatoes were clearly just rehydrated from a mix. They were extremely loose and watery which leads me to believe they mixed it up in the container right before giving it to me. The salad was just iceberg lettuce and carrots. The problem with it was that they didn't dry it after washing so my cup of salad had half a cup of water in it. I had to throw it away. On top of that, why did it take me 20 minutes to receive my order with nobody else in the restaurant? The chicken is already cooked and there's no real prep with a salad and mashed potatoes. Maybe it's because I didn't tip on my takeout order?

Food was delicious! I placed a to go order and was able to pick it up quickly. I didn’t have to wait very long. I order 2 whole chickens with sides. Will definitely order from here again!

Service is ridiculous and you will get ignored if they think you can’t speak Spanish. I had to wait through them pulling customers to cut in front of me, staff answering the phone 3 different times, and pointing and talking about me before someone helped me. Not expecting anyone there to be fluent in English (because you don’t need to be) but going out of your way to ignore customers because you don’t want to speak in English is not cool at all.

The food is always great but the customer service can be a lot better. I was standing at the register to get my food for 5 minutes, someone came in the door (Hispanic), and they looked past me and helped them immediately! Like what?? I’ve been standing here and they JUST walked in. I told waitress I was here first and that wasn’t cool and she rolled her eyes. And this is why I come here maybeeeee twice a year. Do better with treating ALLLLLLL people the same!
If you don't speak spanish, you may be overlooked... js food is great though. If your not eating in call in your order...

Llevo años comprando en este lugar y ahora ordené un pollo y se equivocaron en la orden fui a que me la cambiaran y con esa cara de Culo que tienen esas señoras en la caja ni siquiera dijeron disculpas por el error le salieron peor de enojadas que uno entiendo que están ocupadas pero que actitud más mierda solo son buenas para estar chambriando entre ellas mi familia y yo jamás vamos a volver a comprar en este lugar

Sinceramente una estrella le doy no sabia que era obligatorio dar propina siempre doy propina cuando voy a comer esa vez no di y enojada me salio la muchacha tiene que dejar propina no sabia que era obligación hay si uno quiere dejar por eso les pagan no y si no están conforme con los que le pagan a ellas por que no le dicen al dueño del negocio que les suba el salario ??
