Didn’t put boba in my drink.

One time we came here and 2 girls didn't know what they were doing they made my drink twice and still got it wrong and was rude and went to here today and the guy working here an rude as well today Won't be coming back here.

Ordered delivery, only sent half of order so I called but the employee said no way then hung up. Worst service experience.

I recently spent a good portion of time sitting by the tables outside the Costco location and decided to have a drink, having only gone to the Food Court location before. My experience was this: average tea, okay bubbles, but IMPECCABLE customer service. I made my order during a big rush and watched the cashier remain cordial, friendly, and helpful throughout the ENTIRE line. All workers behind the counter were cooperative and kind with one another, and it made for a very fast and smooth experience. Blessings to Li, my cashier, and Spencer, who made my drink. Thank you for putting so much effort into making customers’ days a little better 💪

This is a horrible store to drink bubble tea, the cashier was serving me grumpy that I didn't even want to tell her what I wanted,never buy here

Hair trapped inside one of our drinks. 🤮

“Taro Milk Tea” is the name advertised on the board of product offerings and on receipt. However, the employee insisted there is NO TEA in this drink. That’s its powder made with water. Baffled I asked repeatedly (3x) and pointing out that the sign reads Taro Milk Tea. Also, suggesting that milk taro teas are usually made with green tea, as upon ordering I was going to ask to switch out for black tea. Well to my surprise, indeed it’s just taro powder, no tea just water. I couldn’t understand why no mix with tea vs water as my 4th inquiry.
Nope, too much like right. Taro Milk Tea without THE TEA.

Music also playing too loud for employees to understand a customer’s request.

The service was fast but it the worst boba tea I have ever had! It was bitter... so disappointed. I took the House Milk Tea. The boba was so chewy.

Good prices and selection of boba tea. Not too much ice and it's chopped, not huge cubes. So the boba is easily drinkable.
