I've been absolutely OBSESSED with KFT for years now and this location in particular is always amazing! Great service and even more amazing beverages! The Passionfruit Green Tea and the Oreo WOW are my two favorites that I can't stop getting for myself (especially in a larger size)! KFT is my absolute FAVORITE place to buy boba from and I'd recommend it to anybody!

Kung Fu Tea is our favorite boba tea chain and this location is fantastic! The boba is always warm and freshly made, drinks are great. We’ve been three times and each time it’s been wonderful boba and good service

Got there at 9:30 pm and they made us wait until 10 pm to let us know that they couldn’t take our order, never coming back here, if you are inside they should be able to take your order, corporate should definitely take a closer look at these practices.

The review isn't about the drinks or services. It's about an establishment who is a well known franchise that have no napkins. Something that might sound insignificant but is a detail that let's me know they are cheap.
How is it that a well known place to drink do not have napkins? Starbucks has them. Dunkin Donuts have them. Plenty of businesses offer napkins to their customers. But here, not only do they not have them put out so you can get some, when you ask a worker for some they'll say that shipment hasn't come or there's no more. Pretty poor of excuse when they say it everytime you come each month.
I will no longer be going there and I hope you guys can do better. You SHOULD do better.

Green milk tea is on and off sometimes depend on the barista And the girl working on shift 6-7pm on Jan 25 is always attitude and that happens few times already. It like she always having bad day.

They don't have a QR scanner anymore which is just baffling to me? I've been here twice now trying to use a gift card with a QR code and I'm told they can't scan it so I can't use it. So what happens if I order in the app and want to pay with my KFT card which is a QR code? Ugh. I know for a fact they used to have one. I don't think I'll be back to this location, I was so excited when KFT came to Woodbridge but this location is kinda going downhill. Gonna lose out on a lot of business with no QR scanner

On April 15th around 2pm, the Asian female worker showed us some really bad service towards me and my wife. She didn’t understand our requests and was giving us an attitude while we ordered. Her demeanor also felt like she was rushing us. We then waited for our orders and the young gentleman gave us our first drink and was VERY courteous about us waiting for our other drink while it needed to cool down. He was amazing. But then the same lady got upset with him and was talking down to him about making our first drink. You need to remind her not to be so condescending towards customers especially when it’s not busy.
The staff is always friendly the drinks are always on point and I really enjoy my trips here! I love the specialty drinks and events like they had with Genshin and princess Peach and yeah highly recommend!

The drinks and atmosphere is solid but their service is simply not there. They claim to open at 11am yet when I came here today at 12pm, doors are closed. They seem to be inconsistent with their opening hours which is upsetting and misleading.

I've tried this place several times. The first time, I thought the barista may have misheard me when my drink wasn't right. No, this place is just bad (and outrageously expensive). If a can't get a $7 iced tea right, something is wrong. Will not be back.

Kung fu tea is my favorite!! but sadly this location seems to be inconsistent with making their drinks. I always get the oreo wow and sometimes the boba is too hard or they forget to add ingredients. Honestly it’s 50/50 everytime i go. Starting to think of other boba places to go to.

Terrible. Boba inedible & stale most of the time and/or they completely disregard the ordering instructions and add all sugar. Then rude lady manager refuses to remake your drink after you paid & tipped! Go to other locations! UPDATE: Apparently they now lie in response to your honest review? No drink was ever re-made. Boba is at the bottom so if you politely request fresh boba(not old. hard pellets ) they refuse. Sad.
