Do not come here, staff is very stingy they refused to add syrup to my boba. I ordered a drink that has a good amount of syrup. They gave me the smallest amount and the rest was milk. Terrible customer service. If this company is running low on supplies why not give the customer what they paid for and if you run out order more. Stretching it out and giving the tiniest amount isn’t acceptable.
I haven’t came back to this location in months and this is the exact reason why. Last time I came they got my order wrong and didn’t want to correct it.
I normally drive 15min to Ku Tea 🧋 and they are always consistent. Would highly recommend

I don’t leave reviews unless I’m really unsatisfied with something. I walked in today and the girl that was right at the front making a drink just looked at me. No “hi” or “someone will be right with you.” The other girl in the back comes up and the look on her face spoke volumes. Either she didn’t want to be there or she was just annoyed that I dared to show up. I told her my order which she failed to recorded correctly. In the meantime it seemed like other customers were unhappy about something or other. When I finally get my order I leave because I was just done with the whole thing and surprise surprise my order is wrong. I like Kung Fu Tea been going to another location for sometime. I was excited to find out one was gonna be closer to home, but this just left a bad taste in my mouth. Mind you it’s not always like this at this location.

the drinks were all so good and refreshing and the girl with the pitch black hair and side bangs was so nice she helped me decide what to order and made my drink so delicious! Edit: Returned today and it was a different girl I think she had curly hair but besides the point the service was friendly again and drinks were made perfect. Would reccomend

I have ordered a bubble tea they put a lot of ice when I asked why is it and is it normal to put this much of ice the lady in the front said yes it is. So make sure to ask them otherwise you will get ice bubble tea!!

Went to Kung Fu Tea on Sunday the 20th of July. My son has Autism and did not have his headphones on. As we entered the store the background music was loud for him and he covered his ears. (Marcus S) the King fu tea employee immediately noticed and lowered the volume until my son was comfortable and not upset. As a mom with a child with special needs, I was so touched by his actions and how professional and courteous he was with my family. In a world where you can be anything, Marcus chose Kindness!! A simple act and acknowledgement meant so much to me and my family. No complaints about the drinks but on this visit the employee gets our thumbs up!!!!!

I've been absolutely OBSESSED with KFT for years now and this location in particular is always amazing! Great service and even more amazing beverages! The Passionfruit Green Tea and the Oreo WOW are my two favorites that I can't stop getting for myself (especially in a larger size)! KFT is my absolute FAVORITE place to buy boba from and I'd recommend it to anybody!

Kung Fu Tea is our favorite boba tea chain and this location is fantastic! The boba is always warm and freshly made, drinks are great. We’ve been three times and each time it’s been wonderful boba and good service

Got there at 9:30 pm and they made us wait until 10 pm to let us know that they couldn’t take our order, never coming back here, if you are inside they should be able to take your order, corporate should definitely take a closer look at these practices.
The review isn't about the drinks or services. It's about an establishment who is a well known franchise that have no napkins. Something that might sound insignificant but is a detail that let's me know they are cheap.
How is it that a well known place to drink do not have napkins? Starbucks has them. Dunkin Donuts have them. Plenty of businesses offer napkins to their customers. But here, not only do they not have them put out so you can get some, when you ask a worker for some they'll say that shipment hasn't come or there's no more. Pretty poor of excuse when they say it everytime you come each month.
I will no longer be going there and I hope you guys can do better. You SHOULD do better.

Green milk tea is on and off sometimes depend on the barista And the girl working on shift 6-7pm on Jan 25 is always attitude and that happens few times already. It like she always having bad day.
