They don't have a QR scanner anymore which is just baffling to me? I've been here twice now trying to use a gift card with a QR code and I'm told they can't scan it so I can't use it. So what happens if I order in the app and want to pay with my KFT card which is a QR code? Ugh. I know for a fact they used to have one. I don't think I'll be back to this location, I was so excited when KFT came to Woodbridge but this location is kinda going downhill....

The staff is always friendly the drinks are always on point and I really enjoy my trips here! I love the specialty drinks and events like they had with Genshin and princess Peach and yeah highly recommend!

Kung fu tea is my favorite!! but sadly this location seems to be inconsistent with making their drinks. I always get the oreo wow and sometimes the boba is too hard or they forget to add ingredients. Honestly it’s 50/50 everytime i go. Starting to think of other boba places to go to.
