The ice cream is soooooooo good 😋(I will post a pic when I get one)

This lady always attends us horribly, she kicked us out seeing that we had kids eating, we arrived at 8:30 and they were so slow because they didn’t want to attend anyone anymore, and we asked her for five minutes so the kids could finish eating and she just started whining, they should just say that if u arrive at 8:30 or after, you have to leave because they won’t let you eat there anymore and there gonna kick you out. And they had already closed and they let in other people just because they knew them and they were kicking us out.

Service was so lame, the lady handed me an ice cream which was more liquid than solid. I asked for a replacement and she was so annoyed and to top it off, they were still asking for tip. Prices are expensive. This place used to be good, it looks like they forgot how to smile.

Bad customer service

I love this place but every time I order with a woman their she always gives me small amount of everything while other give the right amount so disappointing I order chips and got like 3 pieces or mango and a small amount of cucumber with a small amount of hot sauce. They need to teach their employees how to serve

This place has become overpriced. I asked for more chili on a corn because they didn't add anything and the lady charged $4 extra without telling me beforehand. Besides, the two of them spent their time criticizing their colleagues. place is out of control charges you extra $4 just for hot sauce owner didn't even specify she was charging as I was paying I looked at the price that's how I knew. lady and friend were criticizing coworkers

First time trying this place….I placed the order and once she brought it out, she didn’t have it correct. I let her know that it was not right, the girl gave me a disturbing look and put her hand out for payment. Rude and the churros are not that good for $10. I try to look for the prices and they are not visible.

I usually come here for the elote, but after today’s interaction I will not come back. I was charged 9 dollars for a tostielote and the lady placed it in a corner so when I went to grab it, it fell off.
They didn’t even offer to make another one because “you are the one that dropped it”, that is such a bad customer service and it didn’t cost them anything to make another one. Especially since it was an accident and it was literally placed in a corner. I was offered a small elote in exchange but they were looking at me so rudely that I preferred to just leave.
