They need to get their servers to work on their costumer service skills. Whatever they have going on in their lives shouldn’t be taken out on the clients with terrible customer service. They also need to work on getting the food to the customers faster. Came in with friends today and they had us waiting for a long time.

When Yesterday to have dinner with family and I ordered picante seafood, but I asked the waitress no to put picante and she said that the picante came on a side, when food arrived it was all mixed up. I asked the waitress why she lied to me. I couldn't eat anything with picante, and she just ignored me and didn't do anything to resolve the problem, so I didn't eat at all.

We ordered a grill, it's supposed to be for 3 people and it wasn't for three, and it looked more like a mixed fajita for 60 dollars, which is worth nothing and the waitress forgot an order and took it when we said it was eaten.

Just go when the owner of the place is not there, it happens that when you want to sing songs he only sings and does not give priority to the customers as he should be!! I suggest to the administration that they close the place and only the owner and the DJ sing, who do not sing well enough to listen to them all night. My friends and I chose several songs and they only told us that the list is long and there weren't many people, in the end we didn't sing anything, and we were drinking until they closed the place, hopefully some customers would sing. This happened on a Friday. Please, if clients request songs, give them priority, without clients they are nothing, it's that simple. Thank you!
