La Roca Pupuseria Y Taqueria

Do NOT come to this restaurant. The service is slow and terrible. I waited 45 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, they add an automatic tip if 5+ people dine in. I go to restaurants all the time with my family, I have never had to wait over 45 minutes for food. It wasn’t busy either. The food was terrible and salty. Don’t waste your hard earned money on a place like this.

Seems like a pickup order at this place is almost impossible. Can’t get one order right in three tries—either missing something or the wrong order.

The salty food was very bad, the meat and the tamales tasted sour, they were already bad and out of politeness we did not tell them so as not to hurt the waitress but the tip is only one or they take away so be careful because even after they have taken it away you will they put if you want to give them more. Chicken with slices is disgusting

I ordered food from Door Dash and what I received was disgusting, the burnt pupusas and the Cuban cake with spoiled chorizo.

Today I arrived at the restaurant and they complained to me that because I had left a bad review, well, I have the right to give my opinion, it's free to do so, and two people complaining to me, that's why I don't recommend this place anymore. I like coming because my son likes tortillas with beans, but they don't have to complain. Something that they did make was that a waitress threw a bottle of water that was new and without telling me, at the table was my nephew who had barely brought the drinks and I got up to the bathroom and the abusive waitress went to the table and took the bottle without telling me and That's why they're going to get upset for telling the truth.

The customer service is horrible, angry and when you go for food that I order online they make you believe that I don't order anything until I take out my cell phone or look at the order they only make you believe that yes and only then they give the food I won't go again to that place

The worst food restaurant I have ever been to. I have never been to a restaurant that the waitress has to tell you what to do. We ordered some pupusas, they were ugly. The service was terrible. We didn't like them and we asked for a box to take the pupusas and I told the waitress that I I gave something to carry the curtido and the sauce and the ridiculous waitress tells me that she can't give me two containers to carry the curtido that she should put everything on the same plate and I tell her that because I'm going to stir everything up, I'm not going to handle it. eat now and he tells me that he has nothing to give me but the service is super terrible and I tell him how you can't give me something to take the curtido and the sauce what's wrong with you, how are they not going to give you that and he reluctantly gives it to me I have never been to a restaurant that they refuse to give you a container to carry the food and that they serve you reluctantly if it is not free, you go to eat and that food is expensive for what it is for, everything is oily, everything now I understand why not even people There were only us eating and incidentally the waitress, instead of being friendly, super terrible, horrible place, I don't recommend it and I'm not going to waste my money there again.
