Food was horrible, dry, and just plain nasty ! No other way to describe it. Catfish flatter was horrible, along with beef Jerky like brisket 🤢🤢

I ordered a rack of ribs with sides and extras for the 4th. I did it through Uber eats. They didn't give me the ribs but sent me all the sides. The delivery driver told me they didn't have the ribs when they should have been contacting me or Uber Eats themselves. Piss poor service.

I ordered pulled pork which turned out to just be rib meat taken off the bone, dry and very small portion and no sauce. Steak, don’t bother it was stovetop cooked and only salted, looked grey like a baked pork chop. Ribs were fall off the bone, need the sauce. Barbecue sauce is okay, nothing special. All sides needed salt at the bare minimum. Potato salad plain. Cole slaw is just mayo and cabbage, no seasoning. Mac and cheese, don’t even bother, I’ve never seen Mac and cheese be so blonde and then topped with mozzarella cheese. 🤦🏾‍♀️ bruh this hurt my soul. I took pictures for proof.

This is by far the worst food I had in a while, ordered a brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese.. I’d rather eat a whole shoe, a gym sneaker even.

I ordered through door dash. The food was good and the delivery was prompt. The order was accurate and still warm/hot upon arrival. My order arrived in a Ruby Tuesday’s bag with a Ruby Tuesday’s receipt. So that was pretty confusing. Nonetheless, the pecan pie was really delicious, along with the ribs and sweet potato fries. Perhaps the ribs could use more sauce. But I’m a “I want ____ with my sauce” kind of girl. So anywhere I go, I usually order extra sauce. I think the average person would’ve certainly been satisfied, overall. Lol.

Placed an order with GrubHub and was charged immediately at 6:48 PM. Received notification that order had been received, was being prepared and would be delivered to my home by 7:40 PM. At 7:37 PM, another text was received which alerted me that my order had been canceled by Libby’s BBQ because they did not have an item available which I ordered. Splendid. And the allotted time for a full refund is 3 - 5 business days. So I was charged for an order which was canceled just moments before it was expected to arrive and the money I was charged will not be refunded until days later. Worst experience ever and most displeasing. And it is the first and last time I will offer Libby’s BBQ my business.
