Ordered the trio was supossed to be brisket, pulled pork and sausage. With 2 sides. I got dried up pulled pork and dried up sausage no brisket. My 2 side I ordered were beans and potato salad. I did get a little bit of beans and Cole slaw all of it was just nasty the cole slaw was limp likes its been sitting for days and the meat also. First time eating here last time also. Would not recommend at all

I ordered through door dash. The food was good and the delivery was prompt. The order was accurate and still warm/hot upon arrival. My order arrived in a Ruby Tuesday’s bag with a Ruby Tuesday’s receipt. So that was pretty confusing. Nonetheless, the pecan pie was really delicious, along with the ribs and sweet potato fries. Perhaps the ribs could use more sauce. But I’m a “I want ____ with my sauce” kind of girl. So anywhere I go, I usually order extra sauce. I think the average person would’ve certainly been satisfied, overall. Lol.

Pretty low quality food overall (especially the pasta and potato salad), very overpriced (especially the deserts), much less pulled pork than advertised, did not send the buns listed on the menu.

Placed an order with GrubHub and was charged immediately at 6:48 PM. Received notification that order had been received, was being prepared and would be delivered to my home by 7:40 PM. At 7:37 PM, another text was received which alerted me that my order had been canceled by Libby’s BBQ because they did not have an item available which I ordered. Splendid. And the allotted time for a full refund is 3 - 5 business days. So I was charged for an order which was canceled just moments before it was expected to arrive and the money I was charged will not be refunded until days later. Worst experience ever and most displeasing. And it is the first and last time I will offer Libby’s BBQ my business.

Items ordered: Sliced brisket Baked beans Cole slaw Potato salad Mac and Cheese Brisket: Good smoke and flavor, good amount of fat. Did not need sauce, very tender as well. 8.2/10 Baked Beans: Perfect temperature, on the sweeter side as far as flavor. Reminded me of a canned baked bean. Did not taste like there was anything special in them to blow it out of the water. Tasted decent though. 6.5/10 Cole Slaw: Too sweet, good cuts on the cabbage and other veg. Flirting with just too much of the dressing... that's just my personal preference though. 6.0/10 Potato Salad: Tasted great, I like that there is egg in it and not too "mustardy". Only had one bite though because I found a red string on the bottom of the side cup on the inside (see photo), so I stopped eating it. Not sure what it was... that's a shame because it tasted great. Due to an object in food, automatic -5 points. Would have been a 10/10. 5/10 Mac and Cheese: Using penne was a different touch and I honestly kind of liked it. I prefer a spicy Mac, but that's just my preference. Good cheesy consistency, baked well. Pasta slight over cooked. 7.7/10 Overall a good meal from Libby's. Was not blown away, but I would order from them again. I do not have a store experience scorecard, this was a GrubHub delivery. Overall score: 6.9/10
