I enjoyed this specific location, the cashier was very nice. She prepared my food exactly the time she told me it would be ready. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I'll definitely visit there again!

Every time i come, the pizza is alway hot. Marissa helped me out with ordering. She was fast paced while still being polite and friendly. Great customer service and work ethic <3. Pizza came quickly. Tastes great as always.

Manager talks to customers like a dickhead. I think they should either train him better or just replace him.

I went into the store and placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and two orders of breadsticks. The gentleman told me it would be a 10 minute wait as they had to cook it fresh. I live literally five minutes away from the store when I got home the pizza was freezing cold and it was hard. The breadsticks were soggy and cold so clearly this pizza nor the breadsticks were freshly made spend the extra money and go to Papa John’s.

Stopped in tonight and the staff was wonderful Giovanni was helpful and my order nothing less than perfect and delicious. Thank you!!!

Don't order here unless you want a messed up order and trash customer service. I ordered via the app a deep dish with extra sauce and some wings. I picked the order up from the no contact box. It is rush hour in Richmond highway. I start eating a slice on my long road trip. I notice there is NO sauce. So I call and talk to the person claiming to be the manager. Who tells me I "can drive back up there and get a cup of sauce" or I "can bring the original pizza back, and then he'll remake it. He says, "Those are my options." I ordered a pizza with extra sauce not no sauce with a cold side cup of sauce and I don't have time especially considering the traffic to drive back and wait on another pizza to be made hopefully correctly. There is zero customer service. I doubt the person on the phone was a manager, but either way, they should get a new job.
