Can’t believe there was only like 20 stores in the mall open giving out candy and my daughter only got 9 pieces of candy. Can’t believe before that mall use to be a good place to trick or treat and now they act as if they don’t care about the kids that go to the mall all the time. This place used to be great, I would go to the mall specifically for bourbon chicken. The last few years this place has gone down hill. The food is not as fresh as it used to be, and they give way less chicken then they used to give out. They have made the warmers so thin they can't scoop out extra sauce for my chicken like I requested, making for dryer chicken. Do yourself a favor and go to the place next door for teriyaki chicken.

I won't shop here nor and I will encourage others to do the same since your security officers and management will racially profile teens then take it up a notch to further disrespect a police officer parent. While you are so busy chasing down the non-white teens, the ones you give the hall pass to are robbing you blind and calling you a s****** smh

The food is good and reasonably priced, the service however was rushed and made me feel unwelcome and anxious. I was just looking at the options and there was no one behind me but the person serving me made the situation seem like there was rush hour traffic and I ended up picking something random, which tasted good anyway, so I guess other than that there's nothing to complain about.

*no intention of blaming or to cause harm. I am simply explaining one of my most recent trips here* I recently dropped by to get some food, chicken and 2 sides (noodles and rice), like I usually do when I am at Potomac Mills. Except this time, I felt uncomfortable eating more because I started to feel nauseous. I didn't pay much attention to it but I did stop eating. The next 2 days I had realized I had caught a stomach virus. It could have been any food I consumed but I clearly remember feeling nauseous after eating some of this food. I'm just saying that I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Do not eat here. Got the bourbon chicken today and it had about 5 pieces of chicken bone in the chicken. When I went to tell the women working she got super defensive and started flailing her arms until the cashier handed me $5 and told me to leave. Eat somewhere else.
Out shopping and need a quick bite. Grabbed an One Meat with Two Sides order, opt with the Bourbon Chicken, Lo-Mein and Mixed Cabbage. What can I say about this place? It food court food, is cheap, and you get what you paid for. Wonder why the establishment next to them have such a longer line.

Went to Lotus Express after Xmas shopping, grabbed some Bourbon Chicken to go, when I got home and opened it, the plate contained only rice and cabbage, attempted calling to ask for a refund to avoid walking all the way back through the mall. and the woman who answered stated she did not speak English and could not transfer me to someone who did.

Ordered the lo-mien, fries, and bourbon chicken. Kind of a weird mix of food but I wanted to have something in case the kids didn't like the teriyaki chicken next door from Nori Japan. It wasn't the best I have ever had but not bad either. Anyway better than Nori's, since the kids ended up eating the Lotus' bourbon chicken. The guy cashier was very cordial which was refreshing and didn't have any problem accommodating my additional requests for water and ketchup.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I asked if I could get fresh cooked chicken teriyaki because it was very low and the lady ignored me and filled the Togo box anyway. I repeated myself and she said she filled the box but it would be 15 minutes. So I took it and paid for my food. I started a clock timer on my phone and 1 minute and 11 seconds later they came out with fresh chicken. I went up and asked if I could get the fresh chicken since she said 15 minutes. She said "I said 10 minutes and it's been 10 minutes." I then showed her the timer. She said I ll do this special for you. Feels up a small cup with chicken and proceeds to charge me $3.50!!! I hand her back the chicken and she dumps it back in with the other chicken after I clearly have touch it. Terrible.

You Get What You Pay For... I ordered general tso's chicken with noodles, and a side of egg rolls. The quality of the food is horrible. My chicken looked as if it were covered in Orange Jell-O. The noodles tasted very plain which were not seasoned at all. The egg rolls were filled with mushed up vegetables, the texture was disgusting. Didn't even finish eating. I want to go get a refund, but I'll save them the embarrassment from someone else.
