Pei Wei Asian Express

This is mall food court pei wei, it's Not like the regular stand alone stores. The food was only okay. It did not taste bad but it was typical of food court large portion prepared food. It's good if you're there and need something to eat. But it's not a place I'd make plans to go to. I would eat there again tho if at the mall and hungry

Food was initially good - ended up with food poisoning and out for the count for two days. Would just stay away.

Food is ok, shady business, menu states they have regular or large drinks, regular drinks are visible in the back but when I chose regular the lady stated only large are sold. They upsell here at this location.

Very poor customer service. Shouts at you and deals with you in a very condescending manner. Asking for extra plates due to us sharing their combo plates that are meant to be shared is dealt with negatively by the staff. Will not buy from them ever again. Very poor customer service.

This place has fallen in quality!

They possibly have manager running the line whom are extremely rude and pushy! They try to get you to order what they have not sold during closing time. If you say no they get an attitude. Which is funny. When they have their cooks running the line its a much better experience they upsell in a nice way and I do always take up on their offers but the ladies who run the line now rude and arrogant! Will not be back!!

Hungry for money . I asked for 2 entree combo meal . I repeated her twice and put 3 in the box . Also she offered the sauce and did not mention that is was $.50cents. The food was not good at all . First time and last one ..

Absolutely shady business practices. The first time I came here I asked for two items only. I got rice, vegetables, and chicken. They kept saying one more one more and were very pushy, so I was confused thinking the vegetables didnt count. When I got to the register they charged me for a 3 item tray. I figured I had misunderstood so I paid.

Today I came and I was very clear I only want two items, and asked for chicken, rice, and vegetables. They again were kind of pushy about trying to get me to choose another item. I still said no. As I was moving down the next serversaw I had only chicken, pointed at the item I got, and I said yes thats it, and she added extra. I thought maybe it was because I wasn't picking a third item she was giving me more. When I got to the register they were like 3 items because you got extra. Absolutely not! I walked away and ate some where else. I will never be back. I am willing to pay for what I want, but not be tricked into buying more than what I asked for.

All ladies at serving and cash register were extremely rude and no sense of customer wait in line. I’m not going to discuss food. But from customer service to menu clarity everything was chaotic. 0 star if possible.

I love it here great shrimp Orange chicken and green beans

Staffs are not friendly. Food is so-so. Moreover, I was charged more for picking shrimp and they did not inform me there will be an extra charge.
I do not recommend this place.

The food is great. I like the 3 pick dinner. The orange chicken, Firecraker Chicken and Mongolian steak is really good. They give you a lot of food and have plenty of left overs!!
