First and last time purchasing food here. The staff is rushing you to see how they can over charge everything they give you. Make sure you ask for the price of everything including the yum yum sauce! Check your receipt!

I ordered for pickup from Grubhub, and when I got there to pick up my order, my food was held hostage and they refused to give it to me. They said they needed to see the name for the order, but I showed her my receipt and she said it wasn’t good enough. I showed her my grubhub account name, offered to show them my ID, and they refused. I argued with them for over five minutes before they gave me my own food that I ordered for PICKUP just to get me to leave.

The "manager" at the Woodbridge Location was rude and for some reason in such a big hurry that customer service was even further from his mind than good manners. I asked him his name and he said "I don't know". He had a colleague standing next to him and I asked him and he said he did know. I asked him if he knew his own name and he said "not really". We were going to order another meal to bring home for our son but with this kind of service decided to walk away. Today is June 28/ 2023 and we were at the Woodbridge location about 7:30 pm. The phone number on the receipt does not allow for a message to be left. I hope the owner reads this review and stops disgracing the name of the chain.
