I ordered a coffee. She gave me cup which was cold. I asked her how did you not feel the cup not hot. She closed the window was yelling at employee or was frustrated of her mistake. Than they warmed that same coffee up gave me. Didn't taste like.coffee after been made for long time. I need a free coffee someone needs to contact me. $2 is a lot now and days. I am not rich to throw $2 out of the window. I threw coffee away. Service was horrible no apology just a mean looks. Fix this

I went to this restaurant and purchased a Strawberry milkshake that was terrible. I took it back and explained that it tasted as if it had not been properly blended. The 2 employees looked at me dazed and confused and went to get the manager. The manager came to the window and looked very angry, without even introducing who she was. As I started to explain, I could see that there was a language barrier and that's fine, but don't have an attitude with me because you don't speak English. I felt very disrespected and I will be calling the cooperate office. Do not visit the McDonald's at 1480 Old Bridge Road, Lake Ridge, VA.

I have never seen a McDonald's in such bad shape. Every table was filthy, the drink counter was filthy, the dining room floor was also filthy and let's not forget the bathroom that had toilet paper all over the floor. I placed my order at the kiosk that had fingerprints all over it - the worker that brought the food out to my table was not friendly, and the trashcan outside was overflowing and spilling out onto the parking lot and curb. Where is the Department of Health when you need them? If I could have given this place negative stars I would have.
