I got a my chicken sandwich and it came with nothing on it. this is not the first time I have had problems with this McDonald’s normally the hamburger rolls are stale.

This was the slowest fast food experience I have ever seen. We went through the drive through only to be told to go wait in a numbered parking spot. Why would've been nice because we were in a hurry to catch a flight and I would've gladly changed my order. Then they forgot about our order completely. We waited over 45 minutes in total to get our food only for it to be the wrong order AND parts of it cold. What was the point of waiting so long for cold, wrong food? A little communication goes a long way. Lucky that we had our receipt or we wouldn't have gotten ANY food at all. Horrible experience. Steer clear.

Some guy named Jose was super rude and passive aggressive for no reason in the drive thru. I told the manager about it she condoned it, and basically said I shouldn’t find his behavior rude. This place has no accountability and Mcdoanlds allows that. Jose. Do better, maybe you’ll get further in life. McDonald’s is a joke.

I know McDonalds has the worse customer service, but this one got the 1st place. They don’t even say hi, and got mad for giving the orders wrong, besides you have to wait extra mins waiting to ask for the sauces, since they close the window right after handing the order and don’t even let you ask for it. Smh.

It’s already so exhausting having to come out of work late, tired & hungry. THEN you decide to stop by at McDonald’s and their customer service is on 0. FIRST OF ALL This is probably the 3rd time I get a horrible attitude from an employee ( I think he’s a manager ) *he has glasses*. I don’t know what his issue is. I get you’re probably exhausted too but maybe find another job A MORNING JOB if you’re treating your “customers” like that WHILE YOURE ON DUTY. SECONDLY the food is always hard and not fresh at all. you can just tell. They’re always trying to rush you out the line but can’t do their damn job right. Everytime I come to this McDonalds my appetite instantly goes away. I’m not even the type to be complaining because I know everyone is just trying to make their ends meet but DAMN at least some sauce, fresh food, napkins and not pulling up to a employee with a stank face would be nice !!!!
