The service using kiosk should be removed, it makes the service and the management lasy at this local. Order for dine in took number to my table and they called the order number instead the table and I have to pick up my food and it wasn't in a tray was to go package, and I ordered for dine in.
New local! lazy people! bad service!.

Hey I never had an experience like this before in my life but you know what hey whoever wants to come to this McDonald's got to be joking for an ice cream cone there are charging three freaking dollars and 5 cents and it's so freaking small I thought those people know I don't want this ice cream cone they got to be crazy I don't know if it's just this McDonald's but $3 for ice cream cone they got to be nuts I wish somebody coming by this ice cream cone here because it's $3

I asked for sweet tea.... She asked, I repeated. It's on my receipt. When receiving, the guy said sweet tea. I took it and went to work.... It's not sweet tea. I'll be back after work to get the sweet tea I paid for.

I feel bad for the employees that are required to cover the cost of extra sauces they have to give. Their customer service is bad but having money taken out of their checks for sauces makes the morale worse. Sad too with the amount of money these company earns per day.

I placed a mobile order and it gave me an error with no code and no receipt but took my money. I went in and asked nicely for help. The manager came and tried to tell me stuff I already know. She kept saying I needed a code and if I had the right location. After numerous times showing her the location and my payment, she refused to help. 2 other employees even confirmed everything I showed them but eventually they started ignoring me. The manager eventually started sending the cashier to do her work. Then I asked for a corporate number and they knew nothing. I was there for a good 20 mins. All I asked for was the food I paid for and was treated very rudely. I wish I got the managers name but she needs to be fired. I was able to email a complaint and I definitely put the location. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life!!

The customer service is very bad this guy at the first window I’m not sure if he has special needs but he is extremely rude. He screamed at me and got mad because I gave him a code at the first window do your job correctly treat others how you’d like to be treated.

The customer service is horrible! I had a mobile order going through the drive-thru and the older Spanish lady at the window refused to take it , I placed a regular order (still having the mobile) & go to the window where another older Spanish lady (heavy eyeshadow) refused to give me my order saying I didn’t pay when I used cash and wasn’t provided a receipt and she wasn’t even at the paying window , very strange ?? They were going back and forth talking while I was stuck at the window with no order waiting forever , Iwas there for almost 15 minutes & it was a fight to get my order and she didn’t even give me the whole thing + got the order wrong ! I wish I checked but I was so upset in the interaction & I didn’t even get any sauce and she said I had to pay for each one. 3 Spanish women were dealing with me and they were all incredibly rude. I had the window slammed In my face at least twice in that experience. I barely got my mobile order they refused to even look up the number I waited there so long I almost felt like I was being discriminated against. I would not recommend! They need to hire new daytime staff this was ridiculous. I’m not the only one complaining either..
