The customer service is very bad this guy at the first window I’m not sure if he has special needs but he is extremely rude. He screamed at me and got mad because I gave him a code at the first window do your job correctly treat others how you’d like to be treated.

The customer service is horrible! I had a mobile order going through the drive-thru and the older Spanish lady at the window refused to take it , I placed a regular order (still having the mobile) & go to the window where another older Spanish lady (heavy eyeshadow) refused to give me my order saying I didn’t pay when I used cash and wasn’t provided a receipt and she wasn’t even at the paying window , very strange ?? They were going back and forth talking while I was stuck at the window with no order waiting forever , Iwas there for almost 15 minutes & it was a fight to get my order and she didn’t even give me the whole thing + got the order wrong ! I wish I checked but I was so upset in the interaction & I didn’t even get any sauce and she said I had to pay for each one. 3 Spanish women were dealing with me and they were all incredibly rude. I had the window slammed In my face at least twice in that experience. I barely got my mobile order they refused to even look up the number I waited there so long I almost felt like I was being discriminated against. I would not recommend! They need to hire new daytime staff this was ridiculous. I’m not the only one complaining either..

After getting my little brother's order wrong twice the kitchen staff in spanish started calling him fat and saying he was going to eat all the food in the restaurant. The manager offered a partial refund because she implied he was just trying to get free food. After about 10-15 minutes he finally got what he ordered.Not to mention for some reason this location doesn't have a soda fountain so you have to ask for refills. I asked and the staff pointed at someone else and said he got a refill so couldn't. They repeated to say this three times because I was just confused and asked why.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here at all. The staff messed up our order two times before getting it correctly. And when we asked them the second time to fix it they started talking badly about us in the kitchen area. Everyone that helped us was extremely rude and the food wasn’t even good.

I stopped by while driving to Florida. The store was supposed to open @5 am I got there 4:50 I wait till 5am 5:20 just for the staff not to open the doors. I had to go through the drive in twice and tried to explain that I was pregnant! As much money a pregnant women gives to this company The least they could do is open up the door to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend if you have to use the bathroom!

Why is it every time I come here, there's homeless guys trying to mug the cars in the drive through or the system is down and it's cash only. Seriously, just shut this location down.

I dont know which store is more incompetent. This one or the one on Featherstone rd.Came thru the drive thru. Placed an order for 2 meals, and 2 sandwiches. Total seemed low. Asked if they got both meals. They said yes. Got to the 1st window. Asked again if they got both meals cause the total seemed low. Read it back off to them. She said yes it was there.Went to the next window got my drinks. Cool.Next window I'm handed a bag with a sandwhich NOT the way it was ordered, 1 fry, and the 2 sandwiches.Checked the receipt they gave me and lo and behold no 2nd meal.When I explained to the manager I asked for confirmation of the 2nd meal twice She shrugged and said "I don't know maybe they weren't listening to you"Eventually got the correct food after a lot of explaining. But this isn't the first time they've been this bad.I've ordered from them thru Doordash and the sealed bag they hand the dasher is missing multiple things on multiple occasions.I thought for sure this new mcdonalds would be better than the one that came before it but my guess is they only built a new building rather than renovating their staff.

This location is just across the street from me but unfortunately, it seems like they don't pay good attention to their food prep. The burgers are undercooked and the cashiers seem irritated even when I am politely placing my order. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes corrective action.

worst mcdonald’s ever, horrible customer service, horrible time management, i went through the drive thru and my order wasn’t completely ready so they asked me to wait in the parking lot, they made me wait for OVER 35 MINUTES for a small fry and there was barely any customers at the restaurant, i decided to just leave without my fries. another time i went through the drive thru i pulled up to the window and the guy didn't say hello or even acknowledge me he flung my food into my hands closed the window and walked away and i wasn’t even able to ask for my sauces to complete my meal, and on top of that my food was cold, i will never be coming to this mcdonald’s again.
