Everyone is rude the Hispanic Manger with the glasses the Hispanic guy at the 1st window with the braces in his mouth. English is everyone second language your order is guaranteed to be WRONG. Manger will get upset when he has to issue refund even if his employees heard your order wrong. Horrible customer service everyone is rude & very aggressive. Better management is truly needed. 1 start was given only because it was needed to leave this review.

This is a very clean McDonaldâs with a nice play place. The problem at this location is the safety. There were several people being inappropriate inside and outside the restaurant. This is not a suggested family stop.

This place is always slower than other McDonald's. There's a sign saying they'd charge you for extra ketchup, but so far, they'd been nice enough to give me more than one pack of ketchup for nuggets meals. The counter is often not manned. Everyone seems to be in the kitchen, and it's hard to get their attention without being a bit loud. There's a tiny play place with Ronald statue on the bench.

Worst Macdonalds the worst workers always have the worst mood can't even talk to a costomer properly, did not even give me the receipt and charged me extra,it was littered on the floor the seats and the restroom was the dirtiest, never going to this Macdonalds again.
This location has very rude managers. On 11/04/24 at approximately 2:41pm. I ordered my food. My order ended up being wrong. I drove back to the McDonaldâs and a manager was at the window (white shirt). I told her that my order was wrong. She caught an attitude and demanded me to go to the second window. Then she attempted to snatch the bag of food out of my hand. When I finally got to eat. The food was a bit undercooked. I ended up giving it to a couple homeless guys outside of the place. This is not the first second or third time Iâve experienced bad customer service at this location. Dont go here.

Waited for 19 mins for 2 sausage mc muffin in your lobby. No structure and worst youâre showing your customers that food in âserving timeâ but yet not completed. Faults. Someone needs to be held accountable for this
