Worst Macdonalds the worst workers always have the worst mood can't even talk to a costomer properly, did not even give me the receipt and charged me extra,it was littered on the floor the seats and the restroom was the dirtiest, never going to this Macdonalds again.

This location has very rude managers. On 11/04/24 at approximately 2:41pm. I ordered my food. My order ended up being wrong. I drove back to the McDonald’s and a manager was at the window (white shirt). I told her that my order was wrong. She caught an attitude and demanded me to go to the second window. Then she attempted to snatch the bag of food out of my hand. When I finally got to eat. The food was a bit undercooked. I ended up giving it to a couple homeless guys outside of the place. This is not the first second or third time I’ve experienced bad customer service at this location. Dont go here.

Waited for 19 mins for 2 sausage mc muffin in your lobby. No structure and worst you’re showing your customers that food in “serving time” but yet not completed. Faults. Someone needs to be held accountable for this

Great place for reasonable price breakfast near Potomac Mills outlet area.
I would leave a zero if I could. Went down and that’s not their fault but the girl said if you just wait a moment, the system is coming back up and then everything will be fine. I just can’t bring you up right now. I said that’s fine. I’ll wait a minute the manager comes over and it was the manager that was nasty, she was like you know we’re only taking cash now I said but you you had me wait and she said well I’m telling you now that you’re not getting anything for free you have to pay for your order. I didn’t want anything for free. I just wanted to pay for my food. She was like well that’s what it is. You were not giving you anything for free and I decided that you know I don’t really want to do business at this McDonald’s because how can you employee be polite and you’ll be awful awful.
The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in Woodbridge. My fries was not cooked and when I tried using a deal they just said that their system is not working and it has been done with me before. The staff is not cooperative. The manager is rude and doesn’t listen. Definitely not recommended at all :(

A hispanic lady attended me and she screamed at me, as if i did something because the guy that served me got the order wrong and she acted like it was my fault. Im hispanic too and this is dissapointing. Especially how shes hispanic like me and doesnt know how to treat someone with good customer service. She has no ethic to be a manager any time soon.
