Used mobile app and the sandwiches were great the medium fries were so cold and you could taste that they had been sitting in the bottom of the bin for sometime. I had to get out of drive through and go inside to get a replacement.

I am not intolerant or racist, but...The entire staff of this and most McDonald's restaurants in the Woodbridge area is Spanish speaking and some cannot even understand basic English which makes the experience at these locations very frustrating and difficult. If you're going to employ people of Hispanic decent, at least make sure they can communicate effectively with English speaking patrons. Again, VERY frustrating.

An older lady who works here is very weird. As I'm eating, she comes over to mop which had bleach and made me nauseous. I noticed she didn't mop the other side of the restaurant (which another patron was sitting at near the further window). I even took a photo of the floors to show she didn't do the other side. I went to the bathroom as she's mopping near the front door (she even saw me as I said excuse me to get by), and as I'm in the bathroom (less than 5 minutes), she comes in to start mopping! Mind you, she hasn't even done the rest of the floors, including outside the bathrooms. As I'm coming out, she's right outside my bathroom door to put tissue in the stall and gives me a glare and slams the bathroom door afterwards. I noticed she left the mop out too near the front door. I also had another instance with a young teen/young adult male too with an order issue one night. I believe there was a language barrier, but instead of getting someone to help assist, he laughs in my face and walks away upset. Thankfully, the manager got involved and resolved it for me. All in all, some of the staff needs to do better on service.

Everyone is rude the Hispanic Manger with the glasses the Hispanic guy at the 1st window with the braces in his mouth. English is everyone second language your order is guaranteed to be WRONG. Manger will get upset when he has to issue refund even if his employees heard your order wrong. Horrible customer service everyone is rude & very aggressive. Better management is truly needed. 1 start was given only because it was needed to leave this review.

This is a very clean McDonald’s with a nice play place. The problem at this location is the safety. There were several people being inappropriate inside and outside the restaurant. This is not a suggested family stop.
