Acabo de pasar por el Drivethru y pedí si me podían dar un rfiel de una soda , había comprado una combo temprano con una large soda. Ala señora que le pedí más soda no me respondió solo se dio la vuelta y me dio una mediana y le dije yo compré esta que era grande y me dijo si quiere vaya al lobi 2 veces molesta . Service at this location is horrible. No one will come to the counter to take your order and if come near the front counter while you're standing there they look at you and keep walking forcing you to use those filthy kiosk that they don't ever clean after everyone uses them without washing their hands. I observed several people walk out in frustration. Once you place your order at the kiosk for dine in your directed to get a number so they can bring your food to you which they refuse to do with no one in the restaurant or drive thru. I asked for more than one dipping sauce to go with my order and I was informed that I would have to pay for more than one and the worker just walked off without giving me opportunity for follow up questions or even buy a second sauce.
