I like their app more than I like their food. The ice cream is good when the machine is not being cleaned, and I like their chicken nuggets.

The people at the drive thru weren't even listening and then when I went up to the window they didn't even have my order correct. Then when my granddaughter tried asking a question the lady ignored her. So disrespectful to a child. And then the lady said I'm listening to her in a disrespectful voice. Terrible service never coming back

It's faster to drive to a different mcdonalds than to wait in their line, repeat your order 5 times, and have them still get it wrong 😔 I go back every once in a while because the location is convenient, but every time I get burned. Typically it's by short lines with long wait times, this time it was ordering 2 things and having them still get 1 wrong (no substitutions, nothing complicated or off menu). I'm not going to be going to this location again.

If you're picking up your food inside you have to make a lot of fuss, or they'll just prepare the order and set it on the counter back in the kitchen and never bring it out to where you can grab it.

Bad service. They have lots of employees running around with no clue of what they’re doing. There was no Soda machines out in the dinning area. Just very unorganized and rude.

I don't know why I keep coming here when every time I do my orders take way too long such as waiting for over 10 minutes or my orders are constantly messed up.
I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel and on the screen and receipt that's what it said. I don't understand HOW steak and bacon sounded similar but that's what I got. Props to the employees for also being unfriendly as well or not paying attention to the customer.

Went to the drive through and waiting more then 10mins no one came on the microphone. Three other cars came around to the other microphone and got taken care of. I pulled up to the window to ask why isn’t no one taking my order. The manager I assume she was, just shrugged her shoulders while she ate. Freaking worst customer service. Manager couldn’t care less, she cared more about eating then taking peoples order.

portion sizes so much I ended up returning the food. Came to McDonald's for some consistency—big mistake. I got a lid full of soda that spilled all over me. Most of the young female employees seemed either high or half-asleep. How do you mess up an order that's 90% automated? Somehow, they figured it out.
This place is fast, sure, but take your time checking your food because they can absolutely mess up the impossible. If there’s one location that makes a solid case for full automation, this is it.#stay in school don't do drugs

Ordered in the app and when I went through the drive thru and was told they didn't have my order. Now I am out of the money and have no food. The employees were no help at all.
