I went through the drive through and gave my mobile order code. The employee then repeated it and said I was at the wrong location. I picked my kids up from school with no food and returned after verifying it was the right location. I walked in this time and had the manager on duty verify the location and my order. She then explained to me she couldn't give me my food because I had not gone through the drive through. She said the only solutuon was to cancel my order instead of handing me the food they already had made for me.
With employees that lie to their customer, managers who are incapable of handing people food, this has to be the worst run franchise in the area. I have never been twice to a location and still not gotten food I had ordered until 3:01 PM on November 7th 2025.

The crew members specifically the lady who works in the front is very very slow and takes very long time to get the order, prepare the order and for one refill she took like 2 minutes despite the fact she wasn’t very busy but it seems she enjoys keeping customers wait. This isn’t the first time!
I like their app more than I like their food. The ice cream is good when the machine is not being cleaned, and I like their chicken nuggets.

The people at the drive thru weren't even listening and then when I went up to the window they didn't even have my order correct. Then when my granddaughter tried asking a question the lady ignored her. So disrespectful to a child. And then the lady said I'm listening to her in a disrespectful voice. Terrible service never coming back

It's faster to drive to a different mcdonalds than to wait in their line, repeat your order 5 times, and have them still get it wrong 😔 I go back every once in a while because the location is convenient, but every time I get burned. Typically it's by short lines with long wait times, this time it was ordering 2 things and having them still get 1 wrong (no substitutions, nothing complicated or off menu). I'm not going to be going to this location again.

If you're picking up your food inside you have to make a lot of fuss, or they'll just prepare the order and set it on the counter back in the kitchen and never bring it out to where you can grab it.
