SO delicious. Something for everyone - from my picky husband, picky kiddo, & baby 😆 We left a church event that had a BBQ vendor to go to Mission BBQ because their brisket, sauces, & sides are the best. Everyone enjoyed. We're only missing their seasonal sweet potatoes so we'll have to return this fall. 10/10 recommend!!

Great and delicious food as I expect, but the lady working at the front is so rude and you can tell she has an awful attitude. Someone needs to get her in check, I’m tired of dealing with it every time I come. Sad I have to give 1 star over 1 person ruining the entire experience. I don’t know her name but it was a black woman at the front, if I knew her name I would put that instead. Just awful

I’m going to still rate this place a 3 only because the food was ok however, the young black lady that wears glasses ruined my 1st time experience here, she was not customer friendly!! And if I ever come again I hope someone else can assist me.

Love this restaurant. I get the collared greens and brisket. You can get sides in 3 different sizes. I get my collared greens in the second size. They put tomatoes and onions in their greens, so if you don't like them that way, you may want to steer clear. I love them. I've also been there at noon when they play the national anthem. It's fine. There was a woman in the news that complained about it. It takes literally a minute, and it's over. It's also on brand for the restaurant. Anyway, the food is a little spendy but worth it in my opinion. There are sauces at all the tables. 6 to choose from. I always have the Memphis. Oh, I didn't care for the smoked ribeye. It's currently a special meat option. Mostly because I like ribeye cooked on a grill with crispy edges, smoking meat doesn't give ribeye the medium rare taste and texture I prefer.

I discovered Mission BBQ recently in Florida and tried it out because we love BBQ. The first time was an outstanding visit so I thought I found my new BBQ “go to” place. I saw another one in Florida while travelling and went again but it wasn’t as good, the brisket was a bit dry and without flavor. I decided to try it one more time, this time at this location, Virginia. The brisket was exactly the same, dry, tough and tasteless so I am not sure what is going on, it is either not smoked properly or not long enough. On all visits the “sides” have always been very good.

Man oh man, where do I begin. This is my first time at Mission BBQ and man, they are the sweetest people on the planet. They were so welcoming and saw how hesitant I was and suggested items to try for my first time here. Jada was my server and she was the sweetest! After enjoying my meal another worker came by and gave us 3 strawberry shortcakes as a welcoming for our first time at Mission BBQ. Food was 10/10. Environment was 10/10. And of course Service 10/10. Awesome place and people!

Went with a large group and the staff was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure our group was well served. Great food too. I had never been to a Mission BBQ before but this was made a top notch experience by the staff.

The brisket was terrible the cut of meat was mostly fat and it was rushed through the smoker, they were out of Mac and cheese but were making it. They brought out a bowl of cheese soup with under cooked noodles. Recommend going to a different location or another barbecue place.

Second best bbq I ever had. So good I ordered takeout to take home.to family to share....maybe. we'll see if it makes it home.
