I've lived in Woodbridge for 8 years and have been coming here since it opened. Today was the worst experience ever. The older gentleman at the register was completely RUDE when I asked for the code to the restroom and the facility was filthy. The drink station was extremely dirty. Spilled drinks everywhere lidd everywhere. It looked like nothing had been cleaned at all. Again the gentleman at the desk has HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I think he is a supervisor or manager.

Let's put it this way. I just went to Chicago, had their deep dish, loved it, came back, loved this more (granted, it is a thin pizza but I LOVE thin pizza). Get unlimited and don't skimp out.

This is just about my second time coming to mod pizza and our experience was very good. We had came in just about 10 minutes before closing so i wasnt expecting much but the employees there made our experience above and beyond what i was expecting. I forgot to ask for his name but the man with the beard working Wednesday night was extremely nice and patient with our order. His service was very good and he meticulously placed the toppings so that they covered every slice. Thank you to mod pizza for giving us a good experience.

Visited Saturday 6-14-25 with my daughter and 9 year old granddaughter. We were served by pizza prep server, Iyana (I hope that's how you spell it). She was the sweetest most hospitable young lady. She was courteous, fast and helpful.
When I told her how much I appreciated how good she was at her job, she proudly told me it was her 3rd day working and that it was her very first job! She was AMAZING!!
I immediately went to compliment her to the manager. He was awful and spoke negatively about her. 😡 in fact, I noticed he wasnt nice to ANY of his young employees. He told me he has seen them come and go and only time would tell. I frowned and told him he should at least compliment her after what I said. He just looked at me with a disturbed look on his face.
Perhaps they come and go because of HIM because of his nasty disposition. Ugh! His comments actually upset me and my granddaughter and she asked me why was he so mean about the worker.
I hope he sees or hears about this review so that he knows that he needs to get it together and treat his employees with human kindness and dignity.

This has got to be the slowest restaurant on the face of the planet. The workers move at the pace of a sloth, and the lady in front of me had to ask if they actually wanted her money. She had been standing at the register for almost ten minutes before anyone came to help her. Her pizzas were already out of the oven before she was able to pay.

We went for lunch on New Year's Day, it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman who made our pizza was very friendly and did a great job making sure our pizza was how we liked it. For extra pizazza get the pesto sauce on your pizza once it's cooked, it's delicious!
