This has got to be the slowest restaurant on the face of the planet. The workers move at the pace of a sloth, and the lady in front of me had to ask if they actually wanted her money. She had been standing at the register for almost ten minutes before anyone came to help her. Her pizzas were already out of the oven before she was able to pay.

We went for lunch on New Year's Day, it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman who made our pizza was very friendly and did a great job making sure our pizza was how we liked it. For extra pizazza get the pesto sauce on your pizza once it's cooked, it's delicious!

Place extremely slow, didn’t have spinach or mushrooms and the pizza is missing pesto sauce. But at least food was good. Not worth the price though.

We ordered a pizza online through the app. It was supposed to be done at 5pm and I walked in at 5:02 and walked straight to the pick-up counter. There were no pizzas waiting there and none that I could see. The employee cooking pizzas had many in the oven and I assumed that one must be mine. No one engaged with me even though they looked straight at me as I walked to the counter. About 9 minutes passed and the employee making pizzas pulled many out of the oven and didn't call my name. I asked him about mine and he passed it to me from behind the counter. No one had checked to see if I had arrived and I don't think the pizza was on any kind of warming tray.
The pizza was cold by the time I got it and it wasn't even finished cooking. It had plenty of toppings, but it was doughy and gross.
The staff was professional and friendly. They welcomed me when I walked in and took pride in making my pizza. I even dined in and had a great experience.

Very disappointed in my experience at the restaurant. We arrived just after noon and the food station looked unkept, cheese everywhere, items almost out and the place was virtually empty. Makes me think that this was untidy from the night before. I was unable to request certain items because what they had out was not fresh. We only came in to take advantage of a promotion and one of they guys had no idea what was going on, luckily the next person knew what was going on. Based on my experience it is unlikely I will go back.

I love MOD Pizza, but this location has gone downhill recently. I went there in August 2024 and the staff said they had run out of flour (it was lunchtime) and she didn't know what they were going to do because the manager asked them to purchase flour using their own money. I was so confused. It used to be fine but in the last year I've seen a sharp decline.
