Rude customer service!

i'm not gonna go into much detail but this location is great. the manger on duty was on top of her stuff and got people through the line. there was a large conference in the mall so the lunch rush was greater than usual and she accommodated.

Came with group from work and we were all really impressed. The workers got us all through in a timely manner during the busiest time of lunch. Will definitely be back when around potomac mills

The staff has improved at this location. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service compared to my previous visit.

Hot girl that worked there is gone. She used to put large portions of meat. Now this place just sucks

Nasty nasty nasty! Bring back the white meat chicken, I don’t know how people with taste buds eat that yucky, slimy, dark meat!

It gas really good food. But my favorite is the bowls

The worst experience I have ever had. They don't great you any more and they were out of chicken,ground beef,onions green peppers mushrooms and when you ask they said it would take 20 min to make and the employees were wiping there noses on there sleeves and cleaning tables chopping meat and making food with the same gloves on. Not cool at all. So are you going to pay to eat there. Some changes are in order.

Lazy workers .. I got a burrito and the rice was so darn hard the worst rice of my freaking life half the time the employees are not even in the front of the store

Pathetic excuse for employees and service. They had no meats ready and the place was a total mess.

The employees seem to be inexperienced, to say the least.

Ok so I went to mows got a burrito half of the burrito was cold and the chicken was kind of hard idk why they added his to mall do I recommend some one to come here no and I would never go back there

Worst Moe's I have ever been too. Does not even compare to other Moe's; or a salsaritas, chipotle, or Qdoba. The meal and service was awful. Employees (employee i should say) were extremely slow... could not understand the customers. No sense of urgency. The food was awful too. You ask for chicken, they give you no more than a few pieces. Food did not taste fresh. My family and I eat at a lot of the different mex burrito places, as mentioned above, and this experience was by far the worst one. Read the rest of the reviews and make a decision for yourself, although, I do not recommend this place at all.
