THE BEST AFRICAN RESTAURANT EVER IN VIRGINIA and the entire DC/MD area in my opinion. I am not from Ghana but as an African, her food gives you that West African food taste! Her Okro soup is my favorite. Her Banku taste just like Fufu from Naija and Cameroon, so you get that good taste of “eba and Fufu” . She’s just the best! She gives enough food for your moneys worth! The friendliest, warmest person you can ever meet. Miss Dee will make you feel at home with her warm service and awesome Kenkey. Her Kenkey projects her love and warmth. Possibly the best Kenkey in the DMV, and she can back that fact with her patrons who come from as far as North Carolina and New York. The Shito is fire...and her generous portions of fried fish will make your meal worth every bite. If you want Kenkey... there's only one place to go in the DMV...Ms Dee's...

I could easily give this 5 stars. I like this kenkey joint. It makes you feel that you are buying kenkey at Osu Night market. Please fix how you process the payment. Is the only reason i am giving 3 stars instead of 4. On two of my visit I felt i was over charged. Please have a menu sign on the wall so qw know the price. You have a POS system, please put your prices on the system. The manual adding is confusing and antiquated.
